Material :
700 grams potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
25 grams cornstarch
2 eggs
100 grams breadcrumbs
Cheese sauce:
20 grams unsalted butter
1 teaspoon wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
125 ml milk
75 grams cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

Thank you very much it looks so delicious 😋😋😋😋 in the old days when we were living in Egypt my Mum used to directly fry the potatoes and it was always crispy…. All of a sudden after the potatoes ships companies started producing the ships packs we couldn’t find the kind of potatoes we used to cook … I don’t know where this type of potatoes gone 😮

My sisters friend bought a bag of fries and I noticed they had a coating on them. and sea salt, they were so good .and crunchy, I gonna try using this recipe for my dinner this afternoon. 😊.

Potatoes with cheesy sauce is one of my favourite combinations ever! I used to eat tortilla chips with this sauce, but when I tried it with French fries, I immediately fell in love with it.

So I had fries at Hershey park here in Pennsylvania and it was amashing. They were called crab fries... Apparently fresh cut/ cooked n rolled in old bay seasoning. I don't know if there were other ingredients. But I smashed though the whole thing.. Had to be like 2-3 potatoes worth. So many fries. Didn't get sick either 😅 there was a sauce too, idk the ingredients some type of tan mayonnaise maybe aoili mayo type deal.

@@maciejgrzegorzoprzadek7401 homemade 'fries' should take no longer than 30 mins, from peeling spuds to being on plate ready. Also imagine how pans, dishes etc you have to wash afterward. And this vid is titled better than potato chips, yet they are made from potato
