Why not wet sand?

We're sorry but we don't quite catch your meaning. Can you explain a little more about what you mean by "wet sand"?

@@DerbyCarExpert why do you not wet sand the wheels? Wet sanding is where water is used to wet the sand paper.

Sand with water so you don't overheat and melt the plastic.

Our sandpaper is not designed for wet sanding. You could wet sand wheels if you have sandpaper that is designed for that purpose.
