I traveled on H4 in 2022 I got my NIW approved with priority date 4 May 2023 Applied for EB1 A (Electrical Engineering) in August 2023 waiting for approval Got H1B in 2023, can I work in different field? My attorney not suggesting for premium

You should continue in the same niche in which you receive your EB-1 otherwise at the time of naturalization USCIS might ask why change fields. If you PD is not current then filing for PP is not helpful. Please confirm with your attorney.

Biometric fee is not covered by premium processing fees. Biometric fees is only associated to I-485 (Adjustment of Status)
