Both projectors are great option. Capsule 3 stands out to me more.

Hey great video. I'm looking to buy the capsule 3 laser. Question, I have the nebula capsule first gen, which is a 100 lumens. If I video the projected screen on the wall with my phone, the video on the phone shows the screen to be much brighter than it actually is on the wall. Just want to check that this isn't what is happening when you're videoing the projector image.

The phone screen will always be brighter than projectors simply because the phone outputs more nits and some phones comes with OLED screen however the projectors gives more immersive experience and can watch it with a family. The higher the ANSI Lumens the brighter the projector.

Good review. Can you see if it projects on the ground while walking with it.

Yes you can practically project it on any surface as long as it’s white background. Wall and ceiling is best use.

What was the size of the projection in this video? The image looks good, but I'd like to know so I don't buy an oversized projection screen

The screen size was between 100-120”

I bought it i love it. But i miss my capsul 1. I wish they made a capsul 1 1080p 100 lumins i would buy that refresh

This projector is great option and the brightness is decent. However 4K projector are the future …

I am a teacher and want to use a projector in daylight to present Word and pdf documents. Is the Capsule 3 laser projector appropriate in terms of brightness?

If you can control the ambient room light, this projector will be capable to output enough. On bright day light with no black out curtains, the projector will struggle.

its nice, but they should have kept the price of the previous version, its too expensive i feel, its just bit better battery and better brightness i feel, but cost is 2 times of previous version

I have not the previous version but this one is a great projector and sleek design. Check out other projectors in the same price range and see if you can get more value for your money.

@andretee3952 I agree the experience is great but not many movie options out there. Perhaps in the future, there will be more list to select from. I think it’s overkill for now.

800 euro for 300 ansi lumens ( on battery way lower) The price is way to high!! For that price better buy the Xgimi horizon fhd. Its way brighter 1575 real ansi lumen. No battery but its a way better all in one system. Or the xgimi halo plus thats 654 real ansi lumens.

There are so many projectors out there and it’s so confusing…

There are also so many TVs out there with crazy price tag - projectors are coming along really well and nowadays the brightness is improving - you can projector screen to enhance your cinema image quality

In that price you can buy 4k Hdr tv

Yes but Tv cannot do what projector outputs and convenience as additional bonus. Projectors are becoming more popular nowadays
