Nice ground Ashton Gate . Don’t know about Hillsborough. Must say I prefer Brammall Lane . Forest is not Bad . One stand apart . St Andrews too , is a decent ground . The Hawthorns decent .

I went to Ashton Gate last week. I can confirm it is a stunning stadium and is very much a mini Anfield, just without the same view from the top of the Main Stand as Anfield. The roof is low in the Main Stand at Ashton Gate so you can't see the cityscape. From the South Stand, you can see the Clifton Suspension Bridge when the trees blocking the view have lost their leaves during the winter.

Glad to see rugby stadiums being covered nice touch adding the new wasps logo.

About the Exeter Chiefs stadium, The stand opposite the main stand has now been knocked down to build it up like the grandstand opposite, then they are moving on to the north and south stands to match them in, once the hotel behind the stadium has been finished

Also as part of the plans they intend on putting in a conferencing facility similar to what Wasps have once they have completed the stand on the Southern end .

Saracens are building a new west stand which will raise their capacity to about 12,000. The seating areas are open but the stand will not be fully operational until September.

I live about 15 minutes walk away from the Ricoh - sorry, the Coventry Building Society Arena. Sometimes it takes a little longer, as there are two breweries close by.

Gloucester's stadium is known among fans as "Castle Grim". My understanding of the reasons for this is because the land the stadium was on was owned by the Castle Grim estate before the Club purchased it.

Fun fact about the AJ Bell stadium - the reasons for the poor attendances for both the Sharks and the Red Devils are due to the stadium not being anywhere near Sale (and barely near Salford), being a pain in the ass to drive to and park on matchdays (it's easier to park at the shopping centre and walk 10 minutes across various main roads) ... and the fact that it's located NEXT TO A SEWAGE PLANT! You even show this at 8:30 on the left hand side - sometimes the whole place stinks of crap. Literal crap! That definitely doesn't help attendance figures.

Been to the football stadiums that are used for rugby . And I think Ashton Gate is a cracking ground & to be fair I like the Ricoh arena too . Enjoyed video & have visited some of the grounds mentioned . I. E Welford Road , en route to the king power stadium .

That sounds interesting. I imagine great soccer stadiums, but rather small rugby venues. Post CoVid, hope Argentine rugby finds good club competitions nationally and internationally after Super Rugby. A global sport needs good rugby around the world. Hopefully along with second tier European nations Uruguay are marked for development.

In London we do refer to Twickenham as suburban, but really most people I know just call it a town.

Been to Ashton Gate to Watch Saracens play Bristol. I have yet to visit Saracens at StoneX (It is high on my bucket list)

Wish rugby was more popular not saying the stadiums are ugly they do have character but they're too small & look embracing for a Tier one competition of any sport in 2021 C-USA last week stadiums were much better even though that's like tier 8 or 9 behind the power 5 & AAC, MWC and maybe MAC aswell

There is no need for the stadiums to be bigger. Before Covid-19, almost all teams had attendances of more than 80%. Wasps have the biggest stadium in the league with a capacity of 32000 but could barely get 50% capacity. In England, rugby is the 2nd or 3rd most popular sport after football and average attendances are around 14,000 and therefore the sizes of the stadia are appropriate.

There's such a disparity in stadium seating capacities between two of England's national sports. While on that note, such disparity also exists between the clubs' home grounds and Twickenham. Whilst in football, many stadiums rival Wembley in seating capacity. I wonder why.

No, boroughs are the specific administrative areas. They look after all the public services for that area. Greater London is divided into 32 different boroughs. The word 'suburb' is a loose term that just means a town or area that lies very close to, or is part of, a larger area. So, Twickenham is in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, and also by definition is a suburb of London.
