yes thats true. ki jab apko sucess jaldi mil jati hai to aap ko uski ahmiyat jada pata nahi chalti,...when u doing hardwork and after that u fail in exam and firse uthke tayari karte ho aur clear karte ho to u are more patience and more calm and humble,...so koi na late he sahi but hame pryas karna nahi chodna chahiye...hardwork kabhi bhi waste nahi jati....u will get through this one day...as in BHGWADGITA says, '" karmanya wadhikaraste , ma faleshu kadachan", means aapke action karna pe apka adhikar hai not on the fruits of action.🥰

Hello,सुबहे उटकर 15-20 minutes Pranayama Karo ..भास्त्रिका,, अनुलोम- विलोम, कपालभाति,भ्रामरी. You will feel change after regular basis ,but consistency is a key.

Ek question tha ki 2500 years ago pahle Greece or athens me ek democracy lai gayi thi jo 200 year tak chali kya bo ek democracy thi? Or kyo unhone is democracy me sabhi ke liye equal rights nhi rakhe yesi kya situation thi ye ncert me bhi hai

Till my previous attempts i have done on my own , Last 5 year ke papers solve kre and jha glti horhi thi un un topics ko youtube pr search krke krliya This tym maine last min revision course join kiya tha Mudit gupta sir ka on sarrthi ias . He also teaches very nicely . Aap unke free lectures available on KZread dekh skte ho .
