See I would advice you to take tought decision or the other way is when ever you break your discipline try to punish your self by some hard punishment like run 50 km or etc.

I totally agree with the point that when information is not presented in the right way things can get a lil dizzy and one might lose interest from the topic they have been studying having a notion that it is difficult. I, myself have faced this when i started preparing but i feel like it's not always that i have time to study the same topic from different resources. However i will for sure try inculcating all of these as much as possible.

This video taught me that I should revise whatever I studied secondly I should know the difference between note take and note making.. writing notes in my own way and collaborative study with my friend and cleaning the environment so that it influence me to study only.. asking seniors
