Preksha meditation [Preksha Dhyana] is a popular meditation technique. It was formulated by the tenth Spiritual head of Terapanth Shvetambara Jain Acharya Mahaprajna in the middle of the 20th century developed under the guidance of Acharya Tulsi.
It has eight components which are
used in different combinations i.e. Kayotsarg
(relaxation), Antaryatra (internal trip), Swas Preksha
(perception of breathing), Shareer Preksha (perception
of body), Chaitanya Kendra Preksha (perception of
psychic centers), Lesya Dhyana (perception of psychic
colors), Anupreksha (contemplation), and Bhavana
(positive feelings).
Several investigations have
demonstrated that Preksha Meditation has optimistic impact on human
body and mind. Preksha Meditation have also shown to have
therapeutic benefits on many diseases such as stress, anxiety, depression
diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart diseases,
etc.
It Helps in :-
Improving mental and emotional health.

Enhance creativity and develop career skills.
Increase Will Power and helps in achieving the goals.

It’s good but don’t use this as it has ads in between.
If you are suggesting it for mental suffering patients It's not gonna work They can't practice it for 26 long minutes every day when they already suffering from concentration and other issues You have to design it all practices in separate videos then told them to practice part wise when it makes their habit then told to do combinedly
