Thank you so much, I did this exercise 3 times this last months and I was overdue for 41 weeks and 2 days. Believe me I didn't have problem by pushing. First pregnancy was c-section and second natural delivery by God is grace , yesterday we got our baby girl

Thank you for the great exercise!! Definitely got my blood pumping to the right extent and felt the burn in the right places! To the people that are struggling with this exercise: memorize the movements then take it at your own pace!! I paused the video a few times to just take some drinks of water and focus on my breathing and went back to it when I felt comfortable. 😊

I have PCOS and I remember how l felt when the doctor toid me it would be hard for me to conceive I now have 4 children very successful pregnancies God blessed me with use of herbs!

I also have PCOS and didn't use any herbs to conceive but I have two kids first by the use of metformin and the second a surprise currently pregnant with another surprise baby.

Refreshing это хорошо...а то что это опасно вы не думаете ??? То, что они берпменные дают такую нагрузку на матку и на организм вы не думаете?? и то что последствия могут быть самыми ужасными....?!!! Позволяется только плаванье.. легкая плавная гимнастика и ходьба! больше ходить ! а эти занятия могут только привести ужасным последствиям !!!

The only risk part of this work out is the fist exercise, where they bend. This is a great workout you just have to take it at your own pace. The squats are the best part of this workout. The people who say this is too risky have no idea what they are saying

This is an awesome workout. I don’t understand the hundreds of troll comments saying “omg it’s too risky!”. People saying that must be sitting in front of the tv stuffing their face with cakes. 😂 Stating active during pregnancy with modified exercises are good for mom and baby and will make labor easier.

Two years down the line...I did these exercises throughout my pregnancy and it sure did me good guys... I'm the big kind of girl but this really helped me... So thank you darling.

27 weeks pregogo , my back and whole body was aching sooo bad …was having serious headache , decided to just wander on KZread , tried the exercise and every ache is gone …I feel so relaxed

I have been doing this exercise for my 3 babies it’s soo good I feel better when I do this ❤

21 weeks preggy here, now im going to buy my yoga mat because the floor/tiles was hurt my knees hahahah Thank You so much its my day 1.
Those who are used to do such workouts it is better for them. Those who are not used to do such workouts..better to go for walking daily to keep u r health strong.

I also have PCOS and didn't use any herbs to conceive but I have two kids first by the use of metformin and the second a surprise currently pregnant with another surprise baby.

Refreshing это хорошо...а то что это опасно вы не думаете ??? То, что они берпменные дают такую нагрузку на матку и на организм вы не думаете?? и то что последствия могут быть самыми ужасными....?!!! Позволяется только плаванье.. легкая плавная гимнастика и ходьба! больше ходить ! а эти занятия могут только привести ужасным последствиям !!!

Very useful workouts
My baby is nine month old when I was pregnant I followed ur all exercise it's really work my delivery was normal but when my friend heard I do this hard exercise they we're afraid me but I say do it if u want normal delivery

Idk why this was so pleasant to watch. Not even pregnant.
The only risk part of this work out is the fist exercise, where they bend. This is a great workout you just have to take it at your own pace. The squats are the best part of this workout. The people who say this is too risky have no idea what they are saying

This is an awesome workout. I don’t understand the hundreds of troll comments saying “omg it’s too risky!”. People saying that must be sitting in front of the tv stuffing their face with cakes. 😂 Stating active during pregnancy with modified exercises are good for mom and baby and will make labor easier.
