Hello I've just come across your KZread channel I wonder if you have any walkthroughs of a whole past paper I'm doing Edexcel Foundation GCSE but I do note that there are some similarities between the IGCSE and the GCSE paper

@@sandrarr5434 Hi - there are some similarities, yes - but I am afraid that this channel is focused specifically on the Edexcel IGCSE Papers. ATM most resources are for Higher also, I'm afraid.

Hi. Thanks for your question. No one will know what the grade boundaries will be for May until they are released by Edexcel which will be after the papers are sat. But, looking at the previous grade boundaries, my best guess is that for a 4 you will need about 40 marks out of 200 - so an average of 20 marks on each paper.

So if it says probality is 142 does that mean there is a 71% chance it comes up?

Hi. No. 142 in the percentage column means that the probability of the topic coming up on any paper is 142% - ie I would expect it to come up at least once on every paper. Does that make sense?

Another question though, is doing past papers from the past 10-12 years for maths as well as 8-9 topic questions in just 2 weeks helpful enough for me to get an A*/9 in my maths IGCSE? So, you might like to look at my Grade 7-9 IGCSE-type papers, which are here: mrwrightigcsemaths.com/mr-wrights-grade-7-9-igcse-papers/ . Alternatively you may like to check out my past paper club (mrwrightigcsemaths.com/past-paper-club/) or, if you prefer to work independently and want a more bespoke service, then my Get Exam Ready Paper Past Paper Practice might be what you need (mrwrightigcsemaths.com/get-exam-ready/) . I wonder if any of those options are helpful?

If I was to guess, I would guess that the mark required for a 9 would be about 152. What sort of marks are you scoring at the moment?
