I am Bulgarian & remember the time Baba Vanga was helping people with advise & some predictions, there were line ups always in front of her home. This is the law of the Observer Effect in quantum mechanic. Not everyone is ready. teh New Earth is not yet here any more than it has been here all along. Only the vibrations are shifting towards the Aquarian Age or the Dwapara Yuga in Sanskrit lasting about 2000 years or so. Plenty of time for people to step into the new vibrations. some are already there others are way behind in the Piscean Age or the Kali Yuga Age. They have to catch up.
