Most important part of this build is the front bumper in case a deer jumps in front of you. I like your cart.

@@jeremyyates8417 way overkill probably. I live on Clack Mountain, near Morehead, Ky. No mud to speak of, but I need to get down in the hollar and back up the hill. As you said, "deer out of the woods".

That won't change anything unless he uses a jack shaft to up the gear ratio or changes the ring and pinion gears in the rear end. But it will climb a wall with all the torque. My predator 420cc goes 10 mph because of the gearing with stock 18inch tires. With 26 in tires it goes 16

Wrong belt, wrong clutch. Pull the clutch from the old motor and use the correct size belt. And no, you couldn't possibly have reverse now that you went from the Robin 2 stroke to a 4 stroke. The 2 strokes ran backwards for reverse which you can't do with a 4 stroke.

The drive clutch and the driven clutch take different size belt which is causing you to loose a shit load of power and ground speed let alone using a power steering belt to power your rig and the belt setup is not designed to get wet at all and I’m sure the clutch needs thrower away from what I see Looks like you rigged it together just to tear it all to hell You get an A for waiting your time and cash
