@@eidoneverchoosen1171 The armed civilian population is a consequence NOT the solution for the main problem, which is: "anyone can carry any amount of guns by constitutional mandate", is THIS what allows any criminal faction to arm themselves to the bone and lay waste over the civilian population at a large scale. In the case of the United States I bet 90%+ of the population doesn't know that the Second Amendment was introduced as a countermeasure for a possible retaliation from England after the Revolution War and became obsolete as soon as the Civil War ended. Of course the huge amount of money earned by the industry that thrived in the aftermath of the 2nd Amendment made any kind of reconsideration over it completely impossible since the population got used to carry heavy duty guns on the streets. Regardless, the main point is: if guns where actually regulated as it should be supposed to, gangs would have had a hard time trying to get heavy duty gear and the civilian population wouldn't need to carry murder weapons in their pocket while going to the Grocery Store just because someone unstable civilian might have the desire to empty an AR rifle magazine over their body just for the "lols."

They always gave them the Rico Swauvey bandanna and the Final Fight video game look lol. But mind you the first 3 years of the 90’s was tacky anyway cause the 80’s was trending out. It be like that every decade. The last decade trend hangs on for about 2 to 3 years until the real trend kicks in.

This is a perfect example of how bad this movie was. This scene is crap from start to finish. Terrible clunky dialog, over the top completely unbelievable characters, and terrible special effects. Nothing happens in this scene, so they just make it so dark to fool you into thinking that something did..
