My treadmill TRM 835 suffers from Error 37 failure all the time. Resetting the stop assembly doesn't solve/fix the issue it just resets the system. Error 37 will simply trip again after 5 minutes. I purchased a new $300 stop assembly - hopefully it will solve the issue but it is more likely a loose electrical connection. The treadmill will run for 45min plus without anyone on the treadmill but the minute someone starts to run/walk on the treadmill - Error 37 shuts down the treadmill.

Your treadmill is overheating, and you are causing to much friction and drag on the belt, and motor. You need to add silicon underneath the running belt to reduce the friction.

Hey man, I have a quick question if you can help steer me in an direction. I’m working on 2 885’s with P80 consoles. Both consoles are stuck on e-stop messages. I’ve replaced both and the message is still stuck on the treadmill. What are things to try next? I tried a good known IFT and nothing changed either.

Have you tried to replace the lift/incline motor?
