I've been always bloated specially during mid cycle up to the mens day. Very annoying, I am not fat but I always feel fat caused by bloatedness. I started to change my diet after watching some expert doctors and understanding about how our metabolism works, I had Intermittent fasting for 16:8 and I started to supplement my day with probiotics with live cultures like yakult or yogurt every morning and also i drink ACV upon waking up in the morning. I ate kimchi during mealtimes and 1 apple a day, with lemon water as my drink for the whole day. It literally lower my bloatedness and I feel lighter even when my cycle approaches. No more heavy feeling. And I managed to lower down my weight from 60kg to 57kg now in just few weeks. I aimed to go back to my 55kg regular weight. Probiotic foods are indeed of great help. Hi doc omg ang smart nyo po talaga. Thank you po sa malinaw na mga paliwanag mo sa lahat nang video mo I always watch it pero ito po talaga ang nagustuhan ko sa lahat dahil I've been having leaky gutt in a long time na po talaga plus auto immune disease and high bad cholasterol. Now lahat na po nang kinakain ko puro healthy dahil high Risk na po ako sa heart attack and stroke kahit 40 palang ako
