Last night I had a dream about going to a talent show at my old high school. On stage there were two kids there acting out Kiryu and Nishitani's fight from Like a Dragon Gaiden, throwing punches and dancing and tossing the knife around. I thought it was so cool I opened my phone camera and it turns out I looked like rockstar Nanba from the Hell Stew cinematic so I made the soyjak face and took a selfie of the performance. One of the kids sitting behind me told the teacher on me for having my phone out during assembly and the teacher grabbed and picked him up by the face like Saejima, squeezing it so hard until his head blew up like a bunch of Legos. The kid acting out Kiryu used the debris from the explosion to his advantage as part of the QTE, then kicked kid Nishitani so hard he ragdolled around the gymnasium walls like a DVD logo. When he hit the corner he stopped dead cold and the whole crowd roared with excitement

My guess is because of how it uses the dragon engine, lost judgement (or gaiden) juggling is still present, and you can see with some skills it starts a juggle, and hell with some it does the animation for a brief moment Basically putting the juggle property on the uppercut allows you to juggle
