    Better advice is to combine different carb sources pre-workout. Like combining a starchy carb with a sugary one. like bread and fruit. This way the carbs go through different transporters when being absorbed and lead to a more balanced release of energy :). This isn’t necessary but thought I’d say it here because I tend to notice a difference in energy levels during a workout when I do this, overall this is still good straight to the point advice

    I ear cereal a banana a fiber bar and a cheese stick before I workout, is that good?

  • @Idk12345lol

    @Idk12345lol

    Жыл бұрын

    You’re just talking about something with fiber vs being all sugar. Fiber is what slows the release of insulin created by sugar, so eating some pineapple or another moderately high in sugar and lower in fiber would get the job done without just eating cereal which has no nutritional value.

    @@Idk12345lolfruit sugars (fructose) and other sugars (glucose) absorb differently so they are two different sources of energy

  • @Idk12345lol

    @@jason6344 you’re completely missing the point that fruit is not entirely made up of fructose. It is almost always pretty equal between sucrose, glucose and fructose. There is no reason to eat cereal that is just like eating a spoonful of table sugar. It spikes your insulin’s while giving you no nutritional value. We could all benefit from some more vitamins and minerals, so why not get those from fruit pre or post workout when you’d otherwise have some shitty rice cakes or cereal?

    Healthy breakfast ideas pre morning run and marathons. Sugars and simple carbs are quickest to digest, but have it with b1 and b2. Avoid eating high protein and too much fat that can be hard to digest and cna lead to stomach cramps. Here are some healthy breakfast ideas or meal plans pre workout pre run I make sure to get enough iron so that oxygen can travel through more efficiently. So avoiding things like legumes and too much coffee tea or wine and wheat bran can help or just make sure to get enough vitamin c so I always snack on berries, jam, cold pressed fruit juices and citrus fruits or kiwi fruit before and it gives me enough energy and collagen to fuel muscles. I make sure to get enough - Whole wheat toast with marmalade And apple juice - smashed avo on sourdough toast with mushrooms and tomatoes - spinach salad with extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, tomatoes, Brussel sprouts, potatoes, navy beans, beet greens and chopped beetroot - watermelon juice mixed with coconut water and sea salt for hydration - sardine, tuna and spinach sandwich with cream cheese - banana, cinnamon and honey porridge topped with walnuts, almonds, apple slices, berries, pumpkin seeds and raisins - dates and some cheddar cheese (works every time - the perfect balance of sodium and carbs) - a block of dark chocolate (70% or higher) - a bowl of grapes - the standard orange juice - order some salmon avocado sushi rolls - pancakes - beef stroganoff - matcha latte or matcha tea - flax and chia pudding

    I have an amazing story. One day I was driving home and I felt the presence of the Lord, come down to me from above. It was as real as anything and I felt so comfortable with Him. I knew if I asked Him to play a song on the radio, He would. So I said "Ok Lord, play Come as you are..." I didn't know what station it was on or anything, but I turned the radio on and the song started playing right on the spot, perfectly... I started getting flooded with chills inside, trembling, and crying tears of joy. When I got home, He stayed with me for 10 minutes till I got out of the car. I've been getting amazing prayers answered for around 6 years since, because that experience made me stop doubting when I pray, and I follow Biblical instructions, best I can.

    i’m sorry for everything you’ve been through, God really wants to let you know that He loves you so much. He sent his one and only Son down, Jesus Christ, to die for you and i while we were still living in sin. With Him you can be made new, you are covered with the Precious Blood of Jesus. Following Him is not going to be easy, cutting off sin, changing ways that you live in sin and/or cutting off friends. Not living like the world can be hard in the beginning. But it really is worth it. Please start reading the Bible and pray to receive Him im in a way that is undeniable. Because He will make Himself known to you. i say this to you in love and compassion. Jesus loves you and start to live for Him. It will be the best opportunity of your life.
