i got the mail yesterday, saying i was offered the job. but didn't recieve no offer letter or any contract. when can i expect offer letter and CoS? in hiw many days?

There are ample amount of job opportunities here in the UK . I got my job within the span of 2-3 months. As an average it takes usually 4-6 months
Isn't the pay fixed by the NHS?

The pay grade is more or less the same but there is a room for negotiations considering your level of experience and resume
