Thank you for this message. God called me on a 40 day water fast. I’ve done Daniel Fast for 21 days before. I’m on day 2 today and it’s so hard but one thing I do is pray when that hunger creeps in. After prayer and worship I’d feel my stomach full. ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’” This scripture and God’s promises is what’s driving me

Did u managed 40 days?

I did a 20 hrs fast. Which I almost fell like I was going to die. But let me tell you. The experience I had right after was amazing. The lord did bless me. And he also gave me revelation I need to start off with the Daniel fast instead. Going cold Turkey is not for everyone. I started at 6pm and ending the next day about 1pm. I prayed and prayed. I’m slowly going to start the Daniel fast. I cannot wait to recharge my soul and let god work his miracles in me. ❤. It’s amazing.

Thank you for sharing :) I am the 4th day of only water fast. God has already revealed me so many things. I literally heard his voice that i will be blessed, and so the man i am praying for. I just had to put everything in his hands. Giving up control is so difficult sometimes. Please pray for a man to open his heart to Jesus ❤️

How did you do the fast did u eat anything scriptures u read?

Tomorrow I start my three days prayer and fasting.For the first time so God help me.🙏

My faith is being tested the most its ever been this year and month alone. I never knew I could even question God the way I have this year. I need to fast because the problems I'm having are unexplainable and have to be supernatural without a doubt. Pray for me, please.

Yes we can go longer than 3 days dry fasting because our bodies make water and like you said (when God gives you a fast) so he got us we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Love your testimony keep the good work up.

Sword of God guy gets on my nerves but gifts and callings without repentance. We’re you asking the Father about this? Cause I just came here to hear fasting testimony. Over time, I had learnt the profound way which was that both prayer and fasting starves the natural while it stimulates the spirit man and also prayer and fasting make the natural body to be submissive under so that you can get your spiritual eyes opened in depth not like before. @@Soniahly sis, you have no idea how much your vids uplift the body of Christ! The bible says that being a disciple of Christ is going to come with persecution. I can tell you that after the 3rd time I watched this vid, I started feeling anxiety, (which I knew was an attack from the enemy) because I had made up in my mind that I am going to start incorporating fasting into my daily routine. As you said in your vid, fasting is one of the most important things we can do as Christians. I didnt know that until I watched your video 😆 the enemy doesnt want you putting truth out there. Stay strong. Keep doing what you are doing. Speak victory over your mind and over your life in Jesus name. The enemy has no legal ground over your life. He is only trying to scare you because he does not want you waking people up. I see you going far with this YT ministry. Keep fighting the good fight sis!!

@@Soniahly Where are you from I’m from South Africa I’m in love with God a lot but sometimes I get disappointed when things don’t work out but fasting is truly a game changer I normally wake up at 00:00 and 03:00 and but since I started praying and fasting the devil makes sure I don’t wake up, yesterday I was listening to Kevin Ewing he was talking about “if you regard iniquity in your heart God won’t hear you even when you fast. I was in a relationship for 11years with a mother of my daughter, she started going back to the world and even though I deny being bitter in my heart against her, the truth is I’ve made her my idol I truly want someone that’ll love God and me and leave the world that’s where my bitterness comes from because I know how it’s like to open the doors for satan but they don’t get it, so are you married you seem like you love God because you sacrifice for him by fasting please let me know I’m really looking.

The biblical fast is abstaining from food

Hi I am starting a fast to pray for my Aunt who has a tumor. I am a backsliding Christian when I went through trummor through being gang stalked - even though I feel the holy spirit I still Struggle with Hebrews 6 - 4 I almost never sin now but still have issues when dealing with my dad. I had a beautiful relationship with God in the past I just want it to be the same or even improved from the past. Please let me know as I am really struggling I am sold out to do Gods will I have quit all my hobbies TV said goodbye to non christian friends etc. I hope you reply weather the answer is postive or negative. I told God regardless of if he still regards me as one of his children I will still live honorably

God is with you. He sees you. With Obedience there will be abundance of favor. The sacrifice you are making for Him is not in vain. A righteous man falls 7 times and get up each time. We will fall in our walks with God but as long as we get back up and repent. He will continue to use us mightily as if nothing ever happened. Every morning is new mercies . Stay encouraged and don’t preform but lay your heart on the alter and receive His forgiveness .

@@Soniahly thank you yes I don't know If my righteous. When I thought God cut me off I fell into alot of willful sin. It's only when I said to God I will try and live and die with honour I felt the holy spirit again. I am starting a fast to support my Aunt but I too probably need some restoration but mainly my Aunt is the reason for fast. Thanks for support yes my sin was worse than you think it was on par with Solomon when he went astray. I always believed in the same God but was convinced I was cut off. I am scarred to this day despite feeling the spirit. I will keep praying and reading the Bible. He doesn't owe me anything but if there is mercy I will not be too proud

I've been a mess these past 7 days and maybe God is helping me realize my helplessness. If I try to work while fasting, the hunger gets triggered. It's an exposition of my mental patterns of pleasure-seeking 😭😭😭. Lord, I don't know what to do, please help me. This is literally a type of rebellion. I know what I need to do as per the truth but I find myself rebelling. Oh Father help me. My spirit is willing but my flesh is weak😭.

Very impressive testimony and insight regarding fasting in prayer. Everything you spoke of hit it on the nose 🎯 for me. I’m in the process of asking GOD to deliver me from many things (Lust & Sexual immorality the key for me) and my wife who is blatantly as I text involved with someone as indicative of her late and overnight night outs which is sign that the enemy has clearly taken control of her. In the end, I look to draw close to GOD and seek to hear him for direction. Great Video. Consider me a follower

Yes you can.There are different types of fasting.Daniel fast ,Esther fast or a fast where you have fluids only .So yes you can have your tea and deprive yourself of other foods or drinks

I started a fast and I failed on the second day. I am starting over again and needed to be encouraged. I have had no desire to read the word, I wish I understood why but it has been a while and I can’t read his word.

Honestly I can’t even lie, I have been going through the same thing lately . God will give you the grace, come humbly before Him truly . Sometimes we have dry seasons but doesn’t mean we aren’t loved by Him. Rest in Him and know that He has the victory over you situation!

I find that it's easier to slowly prepare yourself for the fast. You can do vegetables and fruits the first week. Then slowly cut back the next week, 3rd week should be easier to just be on water. I also sometimes use diet pills the first week to slow down my appetite and to flush my system. There is on right way to do it but God knows our effort to humble ourselves.
