I was a young and thuggin with a few racks at JUCO and I lasted one year. Mikey got millions, not gonna work bruh💯

I knew Memphis would do this. I saw a random interview when he was going through his legal battle with a guy that was on the board of directors at Memphis. He said in that interview he did not want him at his school. He had already convicted and sentenced him before the case was done. At the end of the day, Penny can only do so much. The board brings in the money, and ultimately makes the decisions. They don’t need him on the team, so they’re not going to take a chance on him.

Memphis is the worst at handling young talent and was the best at one time , James wiseman is a perfect example , penny doesn’t handle young guys well at all and there’s so many fumbles on his part Emoni Bates is another , I wish Mikey had gone to UK or even Dook as bad as I hate to say it both are top notch at developing young players , I really hope he succeeds with his next stop and makes the jump to the league.

I don’t think this is necessarily a good move for him. He could really use some stability. I also think Penny could teach him a lot about how to be a professional person and player. He could definitely still have the possibility of playing in the NBA, but his stock has suffered greatly. He kinda reminds me of Mac McClung with his play style. That didn’t exactly work out for Mac. I’m not hating. I just see him making some possible missteps. I hope he doesn’t rush things too much as far as his next steps go. We all make mistakes, myself included. I hope he figures out how to bounce back. I could see him possibly going to USC. They need some talent. The guys they have are not winning. He could start there immediately

mikey realistically will have to go JUCO or to an HBCU which is crazy because of his talent. The same thing that happened to Dior Johnson is happening to him, If it wasn't for his legal problems that he had he would of been a star at Memphis

He needs to go to an HBCU and get his stats. I’m not a fan of lead guard prospects going to big schools where they have to share touches and all that bs.

Go to get his stats? 😂 They're all kinds of lead guards who plays for big schools and have to share. Maybe hes just getting exposed. If you have to go to a small school just to get stats those stats won't mean have as much because he'll just be throwing up shots to get points and those points will come against less competition. He could score less points at Kentucky or Duke and those points would mean more. Also he's have ppl to help.

@@chriskeesee7508 what does anything that you mentioned of I mentioned have to do with championships? It's about the level of competition. So if you chuck up 30 shots and score 20 points against less competition wouldn't mean as much as 10-15 points against higher competition. That was my point just going to a hbcu so you can shoot a bunch of shots doesn't help him not even a little bit.

He is overrated…caught up in the fame and won’t pan out to be anything. You young dudes need guidance.
