I think its very nice that Brandon Marshall, Lesean Mccoy and Pacmam, talking to this young man. Letting him know what life is all about especially telling him about babies. And not get himself caught up with one person. Letting him know that he needs a mentor and being able to call someone for advice.

Very humble guy. Not a fan of them asking 'who is the top 5 in his class.' His answer to this question was very transparent and shows how much respect he has for others in his class. Can't wait to see him at the next level! I'm a fan!

Brandon Marshall earned a lot of respect from me today! When dealing w youth or ppl period it’s best to keep it real , get laughed at but tell da truth
At first i thought Mikey was too cocky but this shows he's humble and understands that he hasn't made it yet which is good for his mindset. I think if he chooses the right school he goes top 10 in the draft. Utah Jazz needs to try to get him.

I love Mikey game and the love he shows to HBCU's he's never been quiet. But for his best I think he should hit a big D1 school, he needs to compete at a high level with the best facilities just becasue his rankings have dropped and the older hes got the more his skill gets questioned. I think he has an NBA future but he gotta get in front of some big lights to show that! And unfortunatley HBCUs don't have those facilities or Big Lights currently.

Good episode fellas. Love to see y’all encouraging and teaching the young bull.
Lesean asking some super real questions and breaking it down so he can understand is huge!
Basketball is the hardest sport to play. More skill is involved in basketball. Your playing offense & defense every possession & you don’t have a choice of either or, you have to play both sides.
He seems so cool and he is definitely media savy. Answers everything right never gives himself praise. Gives others credit and he is just very humble. I follow him but never really seen him in a interview and im very impressed. Also just love the vibes and energy. The conversation mainly flowed well and everybody had something to contribute to the conversation.
The way Brandon Marshall character and role om this is so humble and genuine like what I see from him he selfless like I only see a man we need in these communities as a supporter alone
First ever high school athlete up here big moment for y'all man Mikey keep doing your thing

Mikey is blessed and God got him. He will be ok he has a good head on his shoulders and a good team behind him. Blessings on blessings bro
I luv this interview them telling him the importance of having a mentor and how it was without having a mentor and admitting that things would've been better if they would've had a mentor. I believe that's very important a mentor isn't your parents but someone that's lived through what your facing and may face that lived through it the good and bad I wish I had a mentor when I was playing. A mentor might have talked me into continuing to stay playing basketball for my senior year

Not throwing shade at “Any other Podcast” but IamAthlete brings heat everytime. Thank you fellas!!!
27:57 important moment, cuz Brandon & Shady not trying to devalue his manhood whatsoever just simply asking "even though you didn't have role models & confidants you could get wisdom from, do you really think that is always the best way?" i'd also argue that people in more advanced stages in life, whether age, relationship, education, skill-level, etc. that you can actually trust, that treat you with humanity & genuine curiosity are essential to well-rounded thought development
the best episodes are the ones where the og’s are giving game to the youngins. hands down
“Watch who you hang around”. Young men who want to be successful that is some of the best advice anyone can give you. My brother went to prison for some years literally because of who he was “hanging around”.

Love the conversation
It's perfectly fine and recommended to seek advice from mentors and people who've done what we're trying to accomplish...the whole "I'm my own man" is not a solid argument....it takes a village..that's what we're about
