Dwight was pretty bad at setting up pranks. Not worth the trouble

The whole "Dwight corrects 'duck' to 'mallard' thing" annoys me, 15 years later. Those aren't mutually exclusive - a mallard is just a type of duck. Giving him a wooden loon and then correcting him when he calls it a duck would work, but Dwight definitely knows a mallard is a duck.

No, I think he wanted to trick Dwight into committing fraud or something to get him in trouble. Instead he lost $200 because he couldn't return the flowers or his wife would think he was being moody.

@@smyelforever In the episode, Kathy wants to switch desk clumps because of Dwight and Jim's rivalry. Andy says if they don't stop pranking each other, then he would give the other their bonus. So the whole episode, they're trying to frame the other for a prank. Jim says his card numbers out loud, Dwight puts a porcupine in his draw, Jim draws on a picture of his daughter (and almost gets Dwight fired for that one but he back peddles). At the end of the episode, Andy says to Jim that he won't give away their bonues since it's just making things worse and Jim says he'll tell Dwight since Andy was already sitting down. He ends up not telling Dwight on purpose and Dwight walks in with the words "Idiot" on his forehead, still thinking that Andy will give away one of their bonues.
