Pranayama - Increased Exhalation

This is a chapter from a full online training. This class is a follow up breathing technique / exercise to the previous asana practice (in the full training). It is a guided breathing experience that intends to increase breath capacity.
Find a comfortable seated position with a tall spine and all distractions removed so you can gain the benefits of the technique.
The introduction lasts until 6:12 when the practice begins.
