Baguslah pakai jasa tour guide jadi tau historinya dan sangat lengkap penjelasannya, apalagi di prambanan bisa menjelajah tiap ruang candi, sayangnya kalau ke borobudur masih dilarang naik ke atas jadi kurang belum lagi biaya masuk lebih mahal dari prambanan

Hello Carlos. Both temples Borobudur and Prambanan are beautiful but i have a friend who is an architect and he said that architecture wise, Prambanan is more impressive because they can build tall buildings from crafted stones (just like today's skyscrapers).

Hi Carlos! forgot to tell you. I think you should go to the Ambarawa railway museum. the location is near Semarang. it's a large train museum in Southeast Asia. In one of the collections, there's a train from Germany. and in the museum, even you can enjoy classic train cars for short trips (to do this, you must know the schedule). and if you have time, you can visit the German cemetery at Arca Domas, Bogor. it's the cemetery of German soldiers. but it's very very far from Yogyakarta.

Thanks for your recommendations! Unluckily I didnt go to Ambarawa museum, but I will try to go to that Cemetery when I'm in JKT.

I love your humour! I was at Prambanan few weeks back and loved it better than Borobodur. I had a guide named Supriya and he was fantastic.

Oiya cuman ngasih tau, Kalau disetiap tempat wisata entah di wisata mana aja diseluruh indonesia kalau mau beli makannan atau minumman jangan kaget ya emang harganya agak mahal - mahal orang lokalpun juga udah paham kalau beli apa - apa didaerah tempat wisata itu emang mahal 🙏🙏

I was at Prabanan in 1996. There were only 3 temples and no nice paths. So they restored quit a lot already.

Tolong pergi ke candi sewu....👍candi sewu juga sangat indah👍tidak jauh dari candi prambanan.

Close from the Prambanan Tempel you can Find also another temples..big Plaosan Temple,kalasan Temple,sambisari Temple,Boko Temple.. When you go up to the hill close from prambanan you can Find many recreation place for example : Tebing Breksi,Heha sky view,spot riyadi,obelix hills and Etc...Hope you are Enjoy n find new nice experiences..Maturnuwun

About 1km to prambanan there’s sewu temple… (Budhist one)..and considering one of the largest budhist complex in Indo after Borobudur

Didn't the guide show u the statue of Roro Jonggrang? Prambanan temple is also called 'the Roro Jonggrang temple' after a beautiful princess who was cursed into stone by her lover Bandung Bondowoso. That's according to the old tale long time ago.
