Ralph, it was quiet. Except at night you could hear the distant trains through the wind.

Nice quiet place. In a few weeks that prairie will be in full bloom.

Hello my friend. I found your share in the park bittersweet today. The recent loss of my wife, best friend, camping and hiking partner brought memories up. She and I spent numerous nights stargazing and camping on the prairie there. Indeed a very nice quiet area. Thank you for reminding me that there were many many good times in our outdoor travels together.😊
