Actually the circumflex is given to differentiate between notre and Nôtre since they both have the same spelling. In conclusion there is no difference

réflechir and penser a = to thing about something. Ex: je pense à partir en italie = I'm thinking of going to italy. Je réflechis à la décoration de la chambre = I think about bedroom' decoration. Penser de => an opinion. Ex: que penses-tu de ce film? = what do you think about this movie. Elle ne pense que du bien de ses élèves = she only have a good opinion about her students.
