They are just sample problems, the actual test is shorter with time

On question 29 I’m not getting where the 17 is coming from in 30 17/40. Please help.

17 divided by 40 is .425. I don't actually solve the problem, I approximate the only answer that makes sense.

Is there a smart way to organize the entirety of the test review into a 4 week program?
