    Just sharing. Heard the saying 'good riddance' and it's kind of funny. People say it when someone leaves and they're almost glad that that someone is leaving. Good bye. And good riddance. I used to think 'rid' applies to things and not to people. "It's time to get rid of our old TV and buy a new one"
