This view makes zero sense to me. When I listen to men such as MacArthur, Tom Pennington, Phil Johnson and Abner Chow teach eschatology….I am filled with optimism. I struggle to wrap my head how theologically sound men can differ so greatly on such an important doctrine.

Do some private exegesis on your own and pray for truth before you build a eschatological doctrine on what you have had others teach. Have you done the work on your own? Who is McArthur? A man prone to error and fallibility. The same for all of us. Seek God and truth on your own the tools to do so are all available. Give it a go brother and see where the Lord leads?
