Second Method is correct but you are not supposed to tie the knot in Ihram or use pins its Makrooh

And where did you get that a knot is makrooh? please provide evidence and not just empty claims

A belt has elements which are stitched hence cannot be used in ihraam state.

It is very to pin point the mistakes compare to praise or give the good advise. Like you did. you simply said these are not the best method, but as per every illiterate person you didn't tell what is the best way. Shame on you.
