I've read everywhere about the sd card with the games on failing. They are really generic cheap sd cards that come with it, I was talking to a guy on ebay and he sells the sd cards with games loaded on if that helps

Ok, basically when you reset it you completely wiped everything that was on the sd card, so unless you know how to install roms i recommend contacting customer support
