One suggestion to try, as far as getting the batteries out, is that since the bays are independent, perhaps putting them in with an empty bay in-between. You might be able to pull them out easier.

I use most any wall adapter that I use for charging tablets, phones, etc. They have all worked fine

I received my charger 07-06-23 with 16 batteries 2 out of the first 8 charged the other 6 flashed red all night . I put the other set of 8 batteries in and they all flash red . The way I understand you, it means I got 14 junk batteries.

Weird. I'd make sure it's pushed all the way in, and that you don't have the poles reversed. That seems odd to have that many "dud" batteries. Do you have another charger you could try them in? And usually the batteries come with some charge... Could you put them in a flashlight or something and see if they are working at all?

Thier batteries are trash. Out of 16 I have 2 left that charge after the second time charging

I had the same problem at first but changed around the charging box I was using and had success with all my batteries that were flashing

I would check the cable, the wall plug. If both of those are good, you may have got a dud - I'd return it

I know the red blinking when the battery in means the battery is unchargeable. I think flashing green without batteries means it isn't getting the right amount of power - I would try another cable or another wall charger

Do all batteries brands work on the charger?

You should at least be able to charge nickel metal rechargable batteries of any type. I'm not sure about lithium ion - haven't tried any of those

I expect that is a result of the camera. If the red lights flash that indicates a battery has failed (as least on my unit which looks the same).

Correct! The red light should be solid. It just looked like it was flashing because of the frame rate of the camera

Mine took maybe 3 or 4 hours

I charged mine until the light was green but when I put them in my Xbox controller it shows that they are half way charged. So I put them to charge again again until the light turned green again. When I put them in the controller again it says they are half way charged. I when ahead and played and only lasted about 30 min of playing and it was completely drained. What should I do?.

That's really interesting... I don't actually have anything that tells me the amount of charge. I am not sure... this makes me wonder if MINE are charging all the way. Do you have a different charger? I wonder if the problem is the battery or the charger... ?

This charger seems to power up my batteries way too quickly and then surprise, surprise they don't last. Not impressed. Also, a reviewer on Amazon said the instructions prefer 8 batteries charger at a time for battery sustainability. (Unclear on if this is accurate info, but if so that's just not realistic.) Update: See my below reply. I had one failed battery at least, unclear if the issue was the charger or battery.

I haven't noticed them not holding a charge. I would try with a different USB cable and wall plug and see if that makes a difference.

@@JasonsHonestReviews Thanks. It's been awhile since I wrote that comment. Using a multi-meter I think one of the batteries has failed. I did switch to a different charge so I could see how full the batteries are as they charge, but I'm not sure that my original issue was the charger.

Mine keeps cycling red,green,red when the batteries are in and it's been plugged in with 8 double A batteries for about 5 hours

Mine was blinking red, however I put it in dumb charged and it charged, same happened in solar 1 AA charger

Powerowls batteries are total garbage. Only half of mine charged back up after the first discharge. On the second charge even more are flashing dead. It may be a good charger but thier batteries are not quality.

Interesting... I've got 8 AA and 8 AAA and they have all worked great. I would contact them and get replacements. Hopefully they will help you out

The worst battery charger I have ever bought. I place AAA, AA batteries in this device, the unit finally shows the batteries to be fully charged. If I remove the batteries, then wait five minutes, then reinstall the batteries, the unit indicated the batteries need re-charging. When I install these "charged" batteries into my flashlight, the batteries do not last five minutes. This unit is a piece of junk.

I wonder if you received a defective product. I have two of these and have had good success. Even with my duracel and Energizer battery chargers, they will "think" the battery needs to be charged again if I take it out and put it right back in. I would reach out to the company and see if they will replace your charger.
