    Man i would love to spend a day with you, i'd learn so much. Im pretty new to training. Been very small my entire life but ive packed on a bit of weight. Still consider myself quite weak... I'm not exactly going to be entering any power lifitng competitions but i love the idea of targeting those lifts for my own personal goals.

    There are a whole range of abilities at comps and they are pretty good no matter your level. They are also useful to get used to the proper commands, depth etc and get some PBs completely legit to standard. Training takes a lot of time but the main thing is keeping consistent over time

    I have the same lunch, should fry the beef then add the chicken stock to that when browned. Cook further till reduced get more meaty flavour than cooking stock through the rice 👍🏻

    Only a minor one maybe a couple of kgs

    If you fail a set like that 8x bench what would you do lower weight and make the 8x or same weight lower reps

    If I failed the set and only got say 6 then I would count that as the set and lower the weight for the next one to get 8

    Do you cycle your carbs, or just have them daily?

    I only change anything with them in a competition week for cutting, I reduce them to drop water then load them back before lifting.

    will you stop doing your death water cut since you have gotten older( not that you are old but maybe you mind your health more)

    smaller lighter water cut when he moves up a class. instead of 10-12kg cut itll be 4-6kg water cut
