It's been 14 yrs of my marriage n m suffering from narcissist abuse ..it affected my mental health,emotional health, physical health..each n everything ...just trying to pick up my broken pieces n trying to heal from all possible ways...d worst part is no one understands what's going on except Allah .. it took me years to understand about narcissist abuse ...Allah heal each n every one who r going through this phase...

I understand you. I grew up with 2 narcissistic parents and attract narcissists as friends and partners because I was taught I am worthless. This dunya is truly a test. I really don’t see any relief coming until Akhirah and am resigned to that at this point

I am listening to it as I am in the ER my husband hit me from the back with his big pickup truck my brain is hurting my neck is burning and my shoulder my left arm is tingling my lower back is hurting
Please pray for me that my husband overcomes his narcissistic behavior. It is destroying our five year relationship. Please pray he will become a nice and noble Muslim man.

Salaam alaikum and thank you, this is what I have been dealing with for quite a while. It is so heartening to know that there may be a healing for the mental health issues we also go through, and the difficult human relationships. I have been gaslighted so often in life, I also then did the same to others without understanding. Now I recognise it a bit better. Thank you. Salaams.
Doa for me, my 4boys,mom and from my Narcissism wife leaving us doing zhalim fitnah manipulate others to my family. Allahu Akbar🙏😪🙏. Many people also face this Narciss toxic people in life. Hope Allah help us🤲

My extremely narcissistic ex-wife behaved much better when I played loud Quran videos from KZreadat home. But she always played loud pop music at home and I forgot to play Quran videos, and then we divorced.
