thanks for this. I just started to try to meditate again because life shown me it is needed to make some serious changes. these short videos have and are making me more comfortable to embrace meditation and it's benefits. like today I will choose to face each task I find fearful or challenging with a perspective of love for myself and the effort I am putting in, not the response. 💜 again, thank you.
