I have connectivity issue occasionally with my airpods pro. When one side works and the other doesn’t, I just turn the volume up or down one notch and it fixes the dead side right away. Hope that helps.

That’s been happening since November, and I haven’t touched my AirPods Pro Since January. Too many bugs. Powerbeats pro Or beats Solo pro are better-no bugs or issues since release date.

That connectivity issue with the Powerbeats pros might just be an H1 issue in my opinion. My 1st gen AirPods (W1) would do that but fix themselves quickly without putting them back in the case, but my second gen AirPods (H1) and Powerbeats Pro takes a while (iOS 12 and 13), to minimize that, I just open the case, and wait for them to pop up as on my iPhone before taking them out. The powerbeats do have another issue where connecting them, one side starts crackling and I have to restart my phone to fix it but I’ve only gotten that twice since owning them the past almost year.

This is the best review I have seen. Great job breaking down the both of them and being honest about the pro's & con's of each. I have to wear earbuds with the hook over the ear. Anything less the earbuds will fall out constantly. The main issue with the Powerbeats Pro are the colors. I really dislike all of the color options so making a choice to buy one has been difficult. I want true wireless. Right now I have a pair of JLab Sport with ANC but they do not sound great when I use them to watch TV via my soundbar. I have to raise the volume up excessively high. Which is why I'm shopping for another option.

I got the wired model today and they sound great.They also stay in my ear,I haven't use them on a call yet.

Dang it! The controls are on the right side on the wired ones? I prefer the left side.

I have the powerbeats pro and they absolutely kill my ears! I used to have the powerbeats 2 before I got them and my ears didn't hurt. I am considering going back to the powerbeats high performance but I want to know if they are still the same level of comfort as if they fit the same as the powerbeats pro no point to get them.

Wired Powerbeats are $20 off right now on Apple store at $129.99. Hard to beat for a pair of good quality earbuds. I just bought them and love them. I use the old case from my Powerbeats3.

niwre javillonar Don’t get the powerbeats just get seinhesser the sound from seinheisser and bose are some of the best. When spending more than 200 don’t think about beats they are trash for the price. Seinheisser and bose are much better quality for the price. Beats are for the brand not for the quality the only ones worth it for like sweating and running are the wired ones he has as they are prices much better than the non wired. Sweating and running you shouldn’t spend more than the price of those wired ones,, it makes no sense to buy anything above that price when running or exercising but for not running and actually appreciating the music get seinhesser or bose.

Do they hurt or no?

Isn't the wire convenient for hanging them on your neck as a neckless when you want to take them out of your ears? The powerbeats pro will not hang there and you would have to put them into your pockets.

I was having the same issues and more a month after I got my PB Pros (November).

I was having that issue too I unpaired mine then paired back. It still happens but it’s rare now before it was ever time I took them out the case.

Just got the wired pair. They’re pretty cool but can hurt but I’ll let my ears adjust to em, I use my old Mpow case for protection

Will I be missing on any features of these two if I use any of these with an android phone?

i used to have a power beats 3 and when i got 4 i jus used the case that i got from the third one so that fixes my durability problem

I think i will exchange my power beats pro for the power beats. I paid 200 but saving $50 would be nice

I bought both lmao , but I use the pros for my workouts since I do a lot of high intensity, I use the wired powerbeats as a back up in case my pros die anytime or even just at home for anything else

You say you prefer the wired one for workouts...does it 'catch' on your neck/clothing and pull the earbuds out of your ear? Thx.

They are pretty solid and won't be pulled out easily. But the sweat on the back of your neck does tend to get sticky and the wire drags on your neck which may cause some discomfort. Besides that the wired ones are great.

To anybody whose considering buying them I just returned mine. The sound is great and loud . So loud in fact my wife heard them while she was in the kitchen. 20 ft away. The sound leaks to much for me. Also they did connect to my phone automatically when I turned them on sometimes they would take 3 minutes to connect. KZread videos audio was out of sync also.I exchanged them for the jarbra 65t. After looking at KZread and these are the best damn headphones I have ever had. Btw I have a Android. So if you have a iPhone these may be for you.Hope this helps

I returned my Jabra's. They're like little marbles and I kept dropping them. I need something with a wire. Might just be me, though.

Hi, Thank you for your review ! I Just tried them and i love them ! Sound and Bluetooth connection are really great... However i am relly annoyed with the cable that stay stuck behind my neck when I am running and create a discomfort. This is due by the fact that the cable is way too long and there is nothing to reduce the lenghth...is someone know if there is a cord lock that could be compatible ? Many thanks !!

Pro, Truly wireless is a huge upgrade

Sometimes the size of the gummy part of the power beats make a difference of comfort at leats to me it does, had it too small and it hurt, then had it bigger and it stopped hurting 👍

HC houtx for me they sound better because they have more bass than the AirPods and they actually stay in my ear during a workout. I even tried some foam master memory foam tips on the AirPods and they helped with keeping them in my ear but the bass was still non existent. So they might sound good to you if you don’t care about bass. But for $275, I expected better sound from the AirPods.

HC houtx noise cancellation isn’t the ultimate factor

The wired ones can hang on neck and are smaller on pocket

The connectivity issue is an apple phone issue not the powerbeats. I have them connected to my android no issue.

Honestly hard to believe you’ve been using these headphones for some time and not know and mention that only the Pro’s have auto stop when you remove them from your ear and not mention that they don’t always charge in the case or that one earbud either doesn’t charge or doesn’t connect to Bluetooth.

I don’t want the wires to get caught on the bar when squatting

I got my powerbeats on sale for $79. That makes the wired powerbeats that much more of a compelling option. I'm using these at work and taking my sony wf-1000mx3 back home. The sony's absolutely kill the beats in terms of sound quality, but the sony headphones were much more expensive so that makes sense.

I’m going with wired. I’ve had AirPods twice and both times they’ve ended up paperweights bc of the same problem - only one pod connecting to my device. I hate those things. Pure trash.

I have Air Pods, Air Pods Pro, Power Beats 3, and 2 sets of Power Beats Pro and I prefer the Power Beats Pro by far even though there have been a couple times I had a dead battery 🤷🏼‍♂️

In don’t own them but my brother does and I’ve compared the size of the case to the AirPods case and the beats case is way bigger. I would not wanna put that in my pocket. I say give the AirPod pros a try. They have more base than the standard AirPods

Just got the PB for $60 at Walmart

Wait... If I already own a portable battery that I carry around everywhere then the powerbeats non-pro are the same for me. I'm saving my $100.

The wired powebeats can ve turned off explicitly via a button whereas the pros just sleep when out of the case. This is bad for the pros' battery life.

I'm a android user (Note 10 5G). I have the wired Powerbeats and love them. Small complaint is I wish the bass was a lil harder.

At $150 I think these are way to $$$ for non TWS earbuds. I think they should be priced at $100. Power Beats Pro IMO should be priced at $200.

The Pro will never charge the headphone properly, super annoying huge CON, for that reason, the Powerbeats 4 is the best choice.

Suck, NO active noise cancelation...

I paid $10 more

They both suck...I have them....prefer to use over the ear the headphone...

Powerbeats Pro are the only earbuds that stay in my ears securely without me having to constantly push them into my ears. I can do cartwheels with them and they don't fall out

Now I use the power leads whenever I'm playing basketball running or even driving while my everyday headphones are the galaxy buds +

have you even tried one? i have power beats pro..usually people sound like you because of the price.. otherwise you would have them.. bass was the thing for beats before apple bought them... i workout and these are perfect! ....at the end of the day these are bunch of coils in a compact form factor.. sound quality eventually saturates.. what shines is wireless, workout over ear tip, convenience with iOS, volume control... and i would be wrong but thousands of people love these and rated high... you need to re evaluate your stance.

People are suckers for good marketing and just because 1000s of people have bought them doesn't mean they are infact a good product. Sorry man, i wont change my stance on these mass made poor quality well marketed devices, and i use the word device because they arent ear phones in my opinion.

Beats and Skullcandy are both awesome earbuds if you like bass; if bass is not your thing you can invest in a pair sennheiser which have practically no bass at all.
