Dan....3 years ago or so that car was a rotted out hulk left for dead and you ...Dan ...brought it back to life thru hard work and determination (and visa..)....but you not only got it on the road.. but drove it 5000+ miles rather trouble free...that is something to be proud of! Much respect !!

You worked really hard to get the car ready to go. Glad to hear you had a great time.
You guy's have wild rabbits in town cool, your little rabbit friend showed up in your video in the counter time11:20
The Nomad is a really solid rig! She's Golden! Can wait to see what you're going to build for your next trip! Thanks for sharing! 😁👍
Thanks for taking us along.
Thanks for bringing us along-the Nomad was a great choice for the tour--Sorry I missed you in Bristol,TN-and I live in east TN. too. Maybe next year..
i just knew Dan would fire off the troll cannons full tilt once he got back. you cant let him have 5k miles worth of time to think up hilarious video titles and thumbnails and not expect top tier trollin
Don.t forget the Woodward Dream Cruise in Aug. I will be coming up from VA. It was great meeting you on the HRPT!!
I’ve been running carbureted LS engines since 2006, dead simple and they just work, can’t beat the simplicity and power for the money. 👍🏻
Welcome Back Dan!!!
That bundle of wrap in front of the Nomad sure has the shape of a Bricklin SV-1, LoL. I think the secret project is out.

Hey Dan and Danielle👋, Thanks for sharing the time and videos of power tour. It was great to see ya'll out enjoying the tour.✌️
good job guys hope you had a blast on the tour and stayed safe ❤️
It was great to finally meet you guys! Love the T's! People asked about them. I just tell them DD Speed Shop KZread! See you guys next year!
Hope to see you guys in Biloxi, man! With the Nomad though! For others considering coming to CTC, the one thing I can't over-emphasize about Cruisin the Coast Is make SURE your ride can tolerate bumper to bumper, gridlocked traffic without overheating.
Man, not sure if you did it on purpose but you have one of the most reliable cars on the tour, haha. Amazing where that car came from to now, nice work, glad you both enjoyed it!
Glad you all had a good time on the road. I like your tool suggestions and have me thinking about next year.
Thank you two for sharing the adventures with all of us, truly an inspiration. I have a project suburban thats been sitting idle for too long, now i have a goal for power tour next year. Gracias!
What a great way to create memories with Dani and your friends . Derek is a trooper through and through, he’s about as tough as they come . Thanks for sharing with us . Cheers 🇨🇦
Excellent recap. It's great that the wagon did so well on such a long trip.

He has a 67 and 68 I believe in total parts. It will be interesting to see what he does with them.
I’m in Mississippi and Cruising the Coast is amazing event. Get ready for traffic though but just pull off by the beach and kick back a couple Dr Peppers and enjoy the thousands of cars driving by.
Thanks For The Videos,Really Enjoyed Cruising, With You And Danni
Loved your tour experience-y’all are always entertaining, encouraging, and enlightening! ✌🏻

💥Dan and Dani, what a great adventure! Remember, keep luv'n each other 🥰, and don't let the stress of the projects get between you! Have fun, stay safe!💥
Glad you folks had a great time😎
Glad you two made it home safely.
One supports what they do because they represent a part of us who, perhaps due to lack of resources or ideas, cannot enjoy and live those experiences, and one is happy to see people like one achieve their dreams, greetings from Argentina
Congrats what a trip, thanks for taking us along. The Nomad did great. Very cool you hanging with Derek, Lucky, and other well known car guys. Canada rocks 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Thanks y’all for sharing your trip with all of us. I’m going to have one of my 3 piles ready next year, I tried this year I just couldn’t make it happen.

An amazing achievement Dan and Danni ! A cool trip you’ll never forget 👏
We were very fortunate to have been able to stay at our own home Monday night, then at my sister's house Tuesday. After that we were on our own, but it did save us some bucks. It was great to meet you guys, and we love the shirts! Edit: Glad to hear your opinion on teespring. We were looking into them for some shirts, too.

I live in south Mississippi and attend Cruisin The Coast every year. You can't look in any direction without seeing a classic or custom car. Y'all will love it! I'll be looking for the Nomad.
I did 2504 miles at 9 MPG in my Cadillac hearse. I stopped counting gas stops at stop number 18. Lol. Had a blast. Glad that I got to shake your hand in ATL and tell both of you, thanks for all the entertainment.. Hopefully see you there next year...
My car Club in now working on an Power Tour type extended cruise out here in the Southwest. The Route were trying to get is Las Vegas to Lake Havasu to Barstow California to Bakersfield to Pomona, which 700 ish miles total. Were shooting for Veterans day weekend of 2024 for the first one, a cruise like that out here has to be in either the spring or fall when the temps are in the 60's and 70's, i mean it's 11 am here in Northwest Arizona and it's 93 degrees, no one wants to do all that when it's almost 100 and it's not even noon yet. When we get more done and closer to getting anything form I'll let you know and maybe you guys will come down and join us.
I thought the 55 would be broke down all the time but am really impressed now. Dan and Dani you two are really awesome!!!

Nothing more reliable then all mechanical.
Wow, great story. As a Winnipeger it's so a some to here about you journey. Nice
Enjoying the fruits of your labor. Canadian smiles always spread love!
Danni, so glad you and your boyfriend had a great time and you made it home safely. 👍👍🇨🇦. How is my Biscayne?
No major problems on any road trip of the length you and Danni just completed says a lot about your build Dan. That's something you can take pride in for sure. Driving a car on the road is what a car was built for. We went on a 1700 mile road trip last month to Mount Rushmore from Minneapolis. You'll love it. You do some good climbing while going up to it though. lol I also averaged 14.4 mpg in my old 75 Malibu pulling a little Hobo Freight trailer, that carried spare parts and personal belongings. We had a blast doing Needles Highway too. One word of advice. You'll be headed thru SD,ND, or Sask. on your way there from Winnepeg, if you want to see NOTHING! Do it during the day. If you don't want to see NOTHING, do it at night. haha Anyways. Thanks for the content and can't wait to see that rare Candain car you brought back. 😁
Thank you for sharing the Power Tour.
Glad you guys had a good time ,wish could do one of those trips.
It’s madness but it’s well worth it and can’t wait to do it again Love all the hard work Awesome that Danny is a trooper
Glad ya'll had a good time
I made a 750 mile return trip in my '62 bus a couple weeks ago. I got around 16 MPG. Not to bad for climbing the hills in BC. The '77 350 is still going strong. Sounds like you guys had a good time. Nice to hear.
Cruising the coast is always a good time, youll love it.
I’m new to your channel but I’m loving your content!!! I watch you guys from South Korea and very much enjoyed following the Nomad and crew.
Sounds like it was a great time. 👍
Dan I went back to vise grip garage and Watched what you Brought That’s going to be a good Build
I am glad you went, Because. I do not have the time or money to do this tour and your videos let me enjoy doing the tour at no cost to me. GREAT VIDEOS Thanks Dan and Dani
We used to add braze to the ears on the distributor clamp and dust them off with a grinder to keep it tight.
Words of wisdom Dan. Keep it simple if you plan on doing lots of mileage. All my cruiser type of hot rods I built all had one thing in common. Readily avaliable parts. Have a tool kit for each car. If you have more than one. Why pack an entire wrench or socket set if you only need 3 different sizes ? Don't pack stuff you will never use. Vice grips and adjustable wrenches. And multi tip screwdrivers. If you need more than that, you will find that one guy that has brought every tool imaginable. Bring a hammer. You can do lots with just that. A real problem solver.
The videos on your channel and Newbern's show that you guys had a lot of fun on Power Tour.
Love your channel brother , stay golden !
Glad you guys made the whole thing happen! You sure did work for it! I’m guess the real hardest part of the whole tour was Dan having to sit for all those hours and not working… like a drunk with no booze haha! Cheers guys!
Fun times! See ya next year my friend (unless I do cruising the coast).
Just got on board with you. Great tips and thoughts. I did HRPT in '17 and had some of the experiences you described. I drove from Washington DC to KS, then the tour. I continued on to Atlanta Georgia then driving up the east coast to Delaware to our summer home. Totaled out a bit over 4300 miles with one broken alternator bracket. It was repaired by the GM Motor Medic crew at KS.
Hi Dan and Dani, well done on your time away on power tour. I enjoyed watching the video's as always. You were worried about the neighbours driving past ruining the video, that rabbits at 11:22 stole the show for me. lol. As always thumbs up from me. Stew.
Lol LS doesn’t have a soul! Love it. So glad to hear more people feeling the same way I do. 👍👍
Oh man the Brickland is gonna be an amazing project man. Good to see you two had a great trip vids were great looked like a blast. Peace from Alberta
You forgot the 47. Lots of peoples want to see it runnin and drivin. Glad you had a good adventure! Cant wait to see what’s next!
All that hard work and expense really paid off didn’t it? I’m so pleased for you both. Loved the rabbet lolloping through your shot!
Glad too see you made home ....
You know you have made the utube big time when you mention Derrick, and we all know who you are talking about. That was a great trip, enjoyed the videos, and the Nomad kicked ass the entire time.
Dan and Dani, I wanted to come meet you SO BAD in Charlotte!! Just no way I could get off work to drive there. I'm so bummed....Glad you guys had a blast and maybe next time I can meet you guys!! Thanks for the great videos. Dan you are very inspiring, Thank you!
Title had me fooled! Good one 😂 Keep on doing what you’re doing 👍👍
❤❤ Hey brother, I love your videos I was kind of went through. I got a new computer and one through your whole playlist.
Thanks for the ride. Dani, we all heard him. Stay on him. LOL
Good posts Dan its like we went on tour with you..
1 of the reasons if I lived in Canada would be to get away from the cold weather, should never think your going have bad luck on trip like this, but you try to take care of all the problems before leaving, that's why you test it out real good!👍😎
I’m glad you all had such a great time. Definitely reasonable price vacation. Heck my vacation cost me 10,000 last year. Definitely going to make plans to do power tour. But I’m doing cruise the coast this year to. 👍😎✌️
I knew you got the Bricklin as soon as you said you were towing one home! 😂 Cant wait to see the DD speed shop version!
Glad you had a good time and enjoyed the good ol u.s.
Hey Dan, saw your 'Don't Waste Your Time' and i took the hook lol.... i've been watching other channels of folks that have done the tour , Derek @ Vice Grip Garage, Lisa & Kevin's from Ridge Runner and of course they all loved it! Just trying to get all the pro's and con's of The Tour i can, can't make this years but hopefully 2025's and it's all good to see how fellow Canuckians make out ;) Thanks for the tips, keeping it simple is always good. I'll check out the rest of your vids shortly, cheers!
All I can say is Bravo to you, you took a worse than basket case project car reworked it multiple times never gave up and not only did you make Power Tour but made the cruise all the way there and back. Just Awesome, wonder if the lady at the border who thought you all were crazy saw you all come back. Her reaction would be funny I bet! Great job all, maybe we will meet and see you next year enjoy your Summer. Love the Channel!!!

Thabks for the support!
Hell yeah you should do cruising the coast. I plan on going myself
We learned our lesson with the cheap hotel in Concord.. So bad we checked out and moved to another lol. The only negative of power tour was the traffic leaving Atlanta in the morning and the traffic heading to Bristol the last day.
