Had bobcat with bad diesel, couldn't get new fuel filter, bought that stuff , within 10 minutes, got me running at full throttle, saved me at job site. My Cummins loves that stuff, .true story

I ran diesel Kleen for over 20 years in my semi and My dodge 5.9 never had a water issue, winter time white bottle.

Please more videos!! I love all of your videos! I run Lucas,Howes, and diesel kleen in my 02 cummins and all of them work great. I always buy what I get on sale!

Run Lucas products myself, but always willing to keep an eye out for options.

I started using this product in my RV that is powered by a Cummins L9 turbo diesel (450 HP / 1,250 ft lbs of torque). The computer was reading average 11.2 mpg before use and now reads 11.5. Engine fires right off in cold weather. This is a 1 fuel coach so the generator and Aqua-hot diesel burner, that provides hydronic heat and unlimited hot water, all draw off of the same 150 gallon tank. Must clean injectors well because when performing the annual service on the Aqua-hot, the injector jet looked brand new. Sticking with it. Water in fuel is not an issue since it has a fuel/water seperator with drain & electronic indication on dash for WIF.

Have been running Diesel Clean in my 2006 5.9 with some TC3 Outboard motor oil. Ran great. The TC3 quiets the engine down and adds lots of lubricity to the fuel. I now have since 2016 a 6.7 that I’ve used the Diesel Kleen in since new. Can’t quote fuel mileage since did not care. Still have the 3500 dually, and now but tow with my 650 SuperCruzer with a 7.2 Cat. I use the Diesel Kleen in it as well and sometimes the TC3 as it’s an older engine and really don’t like the fuel used today without the Sulfur content of the older fuels. Anyway I use 3 OZ/ gallon of of Diesel Kleen at fueling. The Cat gets bought 8.5 to 9 mpg towing the rig with a CGVW of 34,400 lbs. Never had a fuel related issue. The Diesel Kleen keeps increasing in price, but still affordable. If you have an older engine you might want to try the Walmart TC3 Outboard Oil at 1/2oz per gallon of fuel. Good vid.

Yes, more mpg comparison videos would be great. Also a review of your current setup with its 33 inch wheels would help us see into your good mileage on the 5.9. I think the 2003s in general had higher mileage because of the lower output engine.

i have a 6.0 powerstroke 2wd and i've also seen slight increase in fuel mileage also but also good to double back others experience, thanks for the info

Diesel Treat is what I've used, I've never noticed a difference in MPG. Maybe I'll try tracking it more closely.

Optilube would be a good one to test

Alliant Power ULTRAGUARD is the additive I’d like to see you review.

I’ve been told cetane boost is used primarily to reduce soot, which a huge issue with diesels.

Stanadyne or fppf total power. Are my favorite additives for my power stoke stanadyne gives me the most mpg improvement I've found, but it's more expensive I did run kleen for years, I always had it in tank when towing 40ft 5th wheel.

I have a 579. I mix that with Lucas, every single tank. We're u get the big numbers is combining good driving habits, plus additives. People that drive like crap and run additives be better off just saving that money for the mechanics. But if u got long open roads and a strategy go for it.

Do you have any numbers from running without any additives?

This shouldn’t cause any issue.

You can't 'treat' water. It must be filtered out. What do you expect it to do with the water?
