    5:29 I was doing a bench press. Everyone was in there own sets. 😂 I couldn't lift it to the rack so I dropped weights on each side with ease... Then a fellow gym mate came running to me and was lecturing me. You could have broken your arms. I said thanks for concern but I am lifting very less weight nothing could have happened I dropped the weights with control and he was like don't cover it up... 😑

    Bro..in many videos I have seen people saying for squat should go for a hard shoe with bit high heel or use normal hard shoe with kind of a plank under your heel, what is the science behind lifting with a heel is it ok to lift with heel...

    Hard shoe for all lifting ! Heels for ankle mobility. Some people like me have trouble with ankle flexibility. This heel will help in that. It is good, it’s also called Olympic lifting shoe. Clean and jerk, snatch chesetappudu guarantee ga vadtharu. Not mandatory but good to have.

    He is maintaining his back neutral with breathe technique . Depth is agreeable , he's following low bar on the neck . I find no mistakes.
