Does you hear the pumps engaging when you hit up or down? Try to update the firmware via the app. If that doesn’t fix it. Call power pole, they are truly amazing.

I will vouch for @PowerPoleTotalBoatControl. They are the best I've ever dealt with.

Facts!

Same issue, I'm contacting PP today. My question is, what would you do if the blade (circuitry) took a dump when the blade was engaged in the down position while you were on the water? Would you have to disassemble the blade from the mounts in order to leave? I don't think there is a manual retraction option. Thanks for the upload.

I would swap the circuit boards from the working one to the down one and make sure not to deploy again for the rest of the day lol. I think the likelihood of both going down at the same time is slim. Worst case you could unscrew the lines to release pressure. Apparently there is a release valve and if you drive into shallow water or put enough pressure on the downed pole manually it will raise but could be easier said than done.

@@FillALimitFishing -- great advice, but on my Maverick MA18, I only have one PP, which is ample for me and I don't mind the wind swings/positioning.

Do you know how long the warranty is for the motherboard? My board is from 2021.
