Thanks for the video. Really helpful! You can select the pages you want to show. Click on the page navigation buttons > then format on the right side of the page > pages > show > then select the pages you want to see 🙂

I have a question like if I have one page let say A and duplicate the page A named as B and i have made that page as hidden along with that I have created a toggle button at Page A, once the toggle button is clicked it navigates to other page B. But I want the page navigator to point to A page only. How can i achieve it? Any suggestions will be helpful

Thanks for the video. A quick question, why is my page navigator not working? I clicked on the buttons but they dont lead to the corresponding pages, could someone help?

are you in Power BI desktop? If so, you need to press Ctrl Button whilst clicking your mouse.
what problem is page navigator solving? how is it better than just clicking the tabs? thanks for the video--very useful

Great question.... The added benefits of page navigator is that you can arrange them vertically, horizontally or tiled....So you can create a custom made content page.... Or you can also create pages within a page, so that when published into PBI service, you don't have too many tabs. Check out one of my previous video about "Power BI Info Page" as well as "1 Page with multiple tabs"

You can hide the pages with the other colours and then turn off show hidden pages, this will leave only the blue pages in the Page Navigator button.
