Power Apps model-driven apps are web-based applications built on your data model - think along the lines of a CRM system, or something you might have built with Access or any other database software - but with a full drag and drop interface, no code experience, that results in a fully accessible and responsive app.

As a software engineer, I haven't had the time to build a web application for my wife's small business outside of my regular job. I finally dug into the Power Platform and your videos have helped me lay the foundation for the app. Your videos also helped my wife understand how to "make" the app her own. This course was very well done. Thank you very much!

Wow, thank you so much, very generous of you, I really appreciate that. So glad to have been able to help you and your wife, and good luck and have fun with your app building!
Just an amazing comprehensive demonstration of the capabilities! Could not have asked for a better course! You Rock!!
This has been the best model driven app tutorial I have ever seen. Thank you!
Best video and demonstration I've seen thus far. I've been watching videos for months trying to learn all of this and I wish I would have found this series first. Better late than never. Thanks for being so thorough!
I love how this video combines humor and information. It makes learning fun and memorable.
Thank you sooooo much, Lisa. This is absolutely the best video I've seen on KZread on how to create a Model Driven Power App.
For a few months i knew i had to build out a power app for my startup but i just couldn't get my head around the entire learning process. Thanks Lisa for this wonderful course. You are amazing
Amazing Lisa !! Great tutorial and a live training. Kudos to you!! I recommended your video to some of my friends who are looking to ramp up.
Best Model Driven video available. Comprehensive beautifully explained. Amazing Lisa👌
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the time and effort you put into this video and the rest of your content in general! I’ve been trying to find solutions for my team in a company that doesn’t really dedicate a lot of IT resources for specialty projects like this. Your content has helped me understand a lot of the capabilities and given me hope that I can help identify a solution to make my immediate area function more efficiently and with a lot less headache. Thank you so much for putting content like this out on KZread for free so it can be accessible to the Joe Schmos like me! Bless you!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Fantastic Lisa - big thank you. My key takeaways are (1) Start with a Solution (2) Business Rules for conditional display (3) Automate for data changes and (4) don't forget to include the app in security permissions.
Fantastic video. Thanks for providing this to the community for FREE!
Lisa, you are AH-MAZ-ING. I am working through the early stages of a Dynamics implementation and your videos have been a Godsend. This one in particular is giving me the knowledge base I need to customize the system. Truly, I'm not sure I could have done this without you. Thank you.

Lisa Crosbie has truly outdone herself with this comprehensive PowerApps instruction video! 🌟 It's like attending a full-day training course from the comfort of your own space. What stands out is how Lisa has structured the content into chapters, making it super user-friendly. You can easily jump to specific sections or pick up where you left off, catering to both beginners and those more advanced. The generosity of providing such a rich resource for free just shows Lisa's dedication to spreading knowledge and supporting the PowerApps community. The hands-on demo of the Asset Management App was a highlight for me, brilliantly illustrating the practical application of concepts discussed. I'm hitting the like and share buttons without hesitation and encouraging others to dive into this treasure trove of knowledge. A massive thank you, Lisa, for this empowering tool! 👏📘💼

This was the best tutorial I ever watched on Model Driven apps. I watched it all and followed along at 1.5 speed and now I need a lie down! Amazing work Lisa, keep it up :)

LOL, me at 1.5 speed must be exhausting! (although I do slow down my natural speaking pace a little for videos!). Well done!
Agree with the majority of the comments. Very well done course. Thank you for making these videos!
Thank you Lisa for the wonderful end to end model-driven app. Great project for my power platform portfolio!
Wow Lisa, this was an excellent training video. I've been doing Canvas apps for a while but not much with Model Driven Apps. I've spent some time using Microsoft's training to get the basics but this one video pulled everything together in one amazing solution that made a lot of sense out of the pieces and parts. Thank you, thank you, thank you!👍

Ouah ! What a comprehensive summary! As a non-native English I find your speaking, vocabulary, prononciation and speed perfect! It’s also interesting sharing your experience, like latency and many other pitfalls. One year ago, your introduction to model driven app saved my project by switching from canvas to mda.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate that. My natural speaking is very fast so I've realy worked on getting the speed right for video, so if it works for a non-native speaker that makes me very happy, thank you. Glad you've found the benefits of model driven apps!

This is by far and away the best course I have taken online! I have taken many courses including Collab365, Powerapps 911 (Shane Young), Audrie Gordon (Microsoft) , and Laura Rogers (IWMentor). First and foremost Lisa has a wonderfully fast and consistent pace with a great pedagogical style. It is one long 4 hour vide that allows me to stop, rewind, and build myself. The instructions that Lisa gives are accurate, so I can copy her steps. Second, unbelievable, this course is free, unlike the other courses I have mentioned above. Also, the other courses have a lot of stale material, that is not the case here.

Hi Lisa - thank you for such a wonderful video
Good Stuff Lisa. Never commented on your stuff before but been watching some of it since becoming an Associate Consultant. Never had any experience using PowerApps before but taking it one day at a time and there's so much to learn not including trying to understand all of the other technical ways things can be achieved depending on a project. For example, we don't really use business rules because someone codes it with Java Script and I am like "Why aren't we just using business rules" lol. For anyone new.... don't get frustrated...it takes time. So many factory goes into how much things will stick....With that said, Lisa has been great in all of her content. Thank you Lisa!

thank you so much, and you're right, there are so many tools to work with and being a consultant in this space is a never-ending learning journey (one of the things I love most about it). I always prefer and recommend to use no-code/low-code out of the box options wherever possible, rather than code first.
Thank you so much Lisa. That was the best learning experience on Model Driven Apps. I just got started with the power platfrom and am looking forward to learning more from your other videos.
