Thanks mate 🙌 @@suhailagha8270 well I spent about 1 hour outside, walking around and taking pictures. Then while editing the video, I cut out the boring parts and also some shots that were not worth showing, but yeah, most of the stuffing came out pretty good, even tho I'm not the best in street photography 😇

There were many favourites not just one. I never considered using an 85mm prime lens for street photography until after seeing your post. I've a Sony 18-105mm G so maybe I'll give that a try on the a6400. Or wait until I have my hands on the new Tamron 17-70mm with VC. Thanks for sharing (and the inspiration).

Agree with you. I bought mine in 2014 and its still working very well in taking photos and videos.

videos like these are like free photography lessons....i learnt so much about real world photography watching these POV videos and how you kept facing issues and how you adjusted accordingly. thank you.

@@TomsJurjaks For sure! Mirrorless has come a long way since 2014, but somehow it seems like there's nothing I can knock this camera for. Must have been an absolute spaceship when it came out

True @@MrSwaggernaut83 although, I don't think people really realized its potential and power back in time. Most of the people (including me) was probably rocking bigass Canon and Nikon DSLRs 😂

I'm part of the first generation where my first camera was mirrorless (a6000), and I remember wondering how the benefits were overlooked by so many and hearing people comment on how mirrorless was a fad. Glad to see now that the entire industry has basically shifted over 😁

Absolutely true@@MrSwaggernaut83 funniest thing that few companies even called it a fad while others - invested in it heavily. Now all it takes is a quick google search and we can see who dominates the MIRRORLESS market share 😏

@@King-zo4vv yeah boii, but i would invest later in a good prime lens like a sony 50mm 1.8 only 200 bucks. because the kitlens 16-50 isnt that good in lowlight. en 50mm/75mm

I appreciate these videos so much. I bought a a6400 in the last few months and been looking at lenses and its so nice to see someone actually use an apsc with the lensees im interested in.

Your videos are brilliant! Thanks so much for providing us with this content. Your shots are great, I love this camera, super glad I made the purchase. Just figuring out the best lens for me at the moment though.

Hey Courtney, thank you so much for the kind words, it really means a lot 🙌 regarding the lenses, if you already have a kit lens - get a prime lens. Any prime lens in a range from 24 to 50mm should be good as it would work in wide variety of situations. Just make sure you have f-stop of at least f1.8 to get those nice and blurry backgrounds 👌

Thanks a lot Andrès! Thats a big step but you will find a lot of joy taking pictures with the camera 🙌 I have quite a few videos about a6000, settings, suggestions etc so check them out on my channel so you get the most out of your camera.

Hey kel, thanks a lot for kind words. I just replied to similar comment. I didn't put the settings because in almost all photos they were the same, so I will tell that here: Format: RAW ISO: 100 f1.8 (but in some photos f5.6) Shutter speed: whatever the camera chooses. Hope it helps my friend 🙌

85mm lens is also good for portrait photography

Hey Pooya, congrats! That is an awesome camera! I use custom color mode with neutral profile and contrast is -3, saturation and sharpness -2. I will be posting a video this or next week about my settings so stay tuned!

Hey Syahmi. Well it really depends. If you mainly intend to use it for photos then 100% I recommend to get the a6000. If you think about making videos then a6100/a6400 will be better choice.

Totally @@-syahmi6924 thats exactly what I did. I bough it from a person who used it 3x and it had shutter count of 900 only 😁 the camera was on the shelf for like 5 years so its a great option!

I really appreciate it 🙏 Mate, I had the full frame Sony A7II and when it didn't come out of repair, I bought a6000 and a6400 just for the time being to wait for A7IV to come out. And you know what? I don't think I need to upgrade anymore. Both cameras are so amazing! APS-C is more than capable my friend 😎🤟

Hey Olivia! As I was saying in the video, that 85mm lens is a Full Frame lens, which means on the crop sensor camera its equivalent to 135mm. Its a true telephoto beast 😁 I love the lens both on crop and also on full frame cameras. It's not your illusion, the lens really is amazing and it has far reach. You go get it 😁 I support you! You are not gonna regret it 🔥 And thanks a lot for your support Olivia 🙏

Saigon has its own charm... The busy streets, scooters everywhere and lots of skyscrapers. I was visiting it just a year ago. For a short visit its amazing! I'm truly glad you enjoyed the video 🙌
