I always love the closing shifts when theres not much people. You feel like you have the entire place to yourself. Its relaxing,its not overwhelming. You can mess around a little without your head barista giving you the disapproving looks.

Its easier to steam in a smaller pitcher, but transferring to a larger pitcher for pouring is better for latte art, because there is relatively less liquid in the vessel. That means you can tilt it more before it pours out, which means you can get the jug tip closer to the coffee surface. This helps with the crispness of the design
