Before you go and replace the power divider you should change the oil in it and check for chunks of metal. A little bit of grey sludge on the plug is fine and completely normal. If you find chunks then you for sure have an issue. You could also jack the drive axles up one by one and put the truck in gear and run it to pin point the vibration. Also, another thing to note is if you can feel it in your seat or in the steering wheel. If it's in seat the it's drive line. If its in the steering wheel then its likely your steer tires. Just some thoughts man.

Watching this it seems like your channel is reaching out to ppl maybe looking into this field of work but I've been doing it 8 years and there's ups and downs with it. Ur rig is coming together beautifully. I plastic dip my rigs and its such a price saver and super user friendly to do outside in the yard. Ur rig should be 1500 or less in product any colour you want. And its durable I got one 7 years old now.

you can drill a small hole on the knob of the valve( about 1/8" from the end of the knob) and saftey wire it to the body of the valve in the closed position to . That would keep it from opening again.

For thirty years I got up 2:30 am to making it for my 4 am job it was my career and I chose that career and I love it, you do what you have to do to pay your bills, and put food on the table for your family. Probably work it way loose from vibration mostly everything on any vehicle have a torque spec so it doesn't work it way lose, even the3 next day you suppose to check bolts or nuts will unravel their way lose again especially if you changing out any gaskets on your vehicle or vehicles.

I lived in Palatka from 77-83 as a kid! Then my dad moved the family to Texas. I remember those swamp trucks...especially the Swamp Rat. Good times...

I did oilfield in a tanker and drove an 18 speed and the only time i split the gears was when I was in WV. I always drove it as a high 9 speed never had to split gears besides a very few instances. Love your truck though!

Seeing you drive around JAX makes me miss my route out of St Petersburg. Usually dead headed from St Pete to Jax picked up at Schweppes Dr Pepper to Atlanta. The next morning AM delivery.

Good drop and hook habits reduce incident risk. Look at the order of electric/glad-hand connect/disconnect, landing gear extend/retract and fith-wheel latch/unlatch.

Always remember the TV puppet ALF. Airlines/Electrical, Landing gear, fifth wheel. Hook and unhook in that order every time and you will never drop a trailer or break an airline.

Read my comments about that valve when you put it on, you can CAP the end of it for this reason and you should have from the start.

Check ur torsion bars . I had that same problem man. I changed both of them a it solved my problem.

Try having the drive shaft balanced i had a similar problem and that solved it

Just a thought however the valve you installed appeared to be plastic and may be for more of a residential cold water application. If it is plastic and experiences temps hovering north of 200 degrees, the valve may have expanded and became loose? A metal valve sounds like a solid solution. Great idea from your Father nonetheless.

I have a feeling that faucet resonated itself loose, causing the coolant leak.

Have them check your front axle, I had a vibration for years spent alot of unnecessary money on tire's and driveshaft only to find out my front axle was bent, find a shop specialize in alignment and front end work

The vibration could be cause from a twisted tire and not so much your power divider.
