@@katdog9786 I doubt that, British tipping culture is the absolute worst and in no way comparable to the US. Idk if he's just a bartender or the F&B, but only the latter will get the 70 bucks you assume. You must remember that the 15% service charge they take trickles through the whole gig, from waitress to the dishwasher and is not income tax-free. As unbelievably as it sounds, that 3rd guy running around there will barely make a living in London.

@J Rhubarb is a very naive way to look at it. Sure, you can learn most things on the job or by research without this, but if they learned valuable skills and confidence from attending some schooling then it isnt a waste in the slightest. If not for knowledge alone then making new contacts and enjoying yourself is a huge part of development as a bartender.

Now imagine doing this for 5 hours straight. Everyone I work with lives for the busy nights when you forget to check the clock. Great video
As busy and demanding as it looks I think this is one of the best customer service jobs you can have. Positive atmosphere, surrounded by people having a good time and you serve some interesting stuff. Way better than working as a waiter where guests always find something to complain about. Sure, you get drunk guests occasionally but every serious pub has security for those
As a bartender I was impressed at the work in the video but also amused at the people at the bar staring, I’m usually a service bartender that works at high volume so I can usually feel the people staring and sometimes get compliments on my speed/efficiency (smooth is fast) but never take the time to look up haha

Absolute weapons. To show the workings of a top end pressured environment like this with a reputation as such is absolutely great and lovely to watch. Really perfect professionals and skilled technicians but it’s also world class communication and team consideration that sets apart..

I am not one for many words.... but please.... please T.T Do more of the Bartender POV. I found you just today and was so incredibly sad that it was the only bartender video on this channel as far as I can see! I love everything about it! Everything was so calm, lovely quiet even if you needed to talk with someone. The Atmosphere was so beautiful, the communication with your colleagues is on point and the cocktail-making was so mesmerizing and exciting. I could have watched hours of it and would never get bored. I really would love to see more of it on this channel and hope you may take this into consideration
Love you Fallow! All of you there are so great. This channel is amazing!!! It's not so complicated, but always interesting content... which gives a greattt perspective into the restaurant business. I've learned so much from you all; and your energy is amazing. You've completely changed the way I work everyday. Keep it up!
Literally seeing this kind of atmosphere, reminds me of my days behind the bar as Bartender. Cheers mate for amazing video.
6:10 dude and the chick on her phone 🤣☕
The amount of co-ordination between you guys here and the way you all gel together is unreal. Bravo gents
Worked as a bartender for 10 years at bars and restaurants. It was a lot of fun. I now do private parties with long list of clients and have 2 other bartenders to help as well. I love the freedom of meeting with the client, personalizing a menu for their gathering and making magic happen.
Man you are such a great youtuber... Literally deliver what viewers wants....❤️ .
Being an aspiring bartender this video feels so relaxing and knowledgeable to me💯
Big respect to bartenders in these types of places, they go absolutely nonstop. I worked as a barrunner in one of these places quite near fallow and the amount of pressure the bartenders were under some nights was ridiculous, they would easily make several hundred cocktails a regular night, probably much more on busier nights, alongside other drinks as well. This video was really nice to see, I forget what the energy is like.
the way that this combines the actual drinks part of bartending, the talking to customers part, the teamwork, and the slight performance aspect is so impressive to me. i knew bartending was hard but now i have a new level of respect
Can you guys please do one more of these, these are so extremely entertaining to watch!
as someone who has been bartending in "nice" restaurants and bars for awhile. one thing ive always tried to stress is organized and cleanliness. Id fucking loveeee to work here.
Always a pleasure to watch professionals at work.
Reminds me of my bartending time in London when I was in my mid 20's. Totally different, and very rewarding career now, but those times were my pinnacle of happiness and satisfaction. Good times. Awesome work my friend
My dream job was never something like being a cop or a medic, ive always LOVED the idea of being a bartender. 6 to 8 years later looks like i still love it.
Skills on display here. I want to try every drink!
Love it. Great vid showing the hard work and energy it takes to run an operation.
Cleaning while working service is an absolute craft. Keep up a clean, efficient bar.
Amazing. Really gives a brilliant POV into how stressful a job in the F&B industry can be. The service industry is one of the toughest yet you find the most brilliant souls working there, all to make a customer happy. Brilliant stuff. 👏 👏 👏
exactly what i needed during my all nighter break for an exam!! this makes me happy
Bartending seems like the most stressful job ever but at the same time the most fun and fulfilling job. It's insane how hard you have to work and the hours are deadly but the passion you can share with the customers, the smiles you can bring and the deliciousness you taste on a daily basis must be worth destroying your body every night
Used to watch these kind of videos during the madness of 2020. So relaxing
Looks super stressful and busy work 😂 props to you being able to do this!
I work in a theatre bar and it gets crazy, 400-500 people waiting to be served in a small amount of time, love the thrill
Quick moving fast hands like magic
Love the clear concise movements!! The night didn’t seem like very much shaken cocktails
I don't know a single alphabet about bartending. but this video, the aura, the vibe, the energy makes me want to leave everything behind and become a bar tender. but I don'tthink I have 1% of the organisational skills that this man showed.
It's a pleasure to watch this, love everything, especially the atmosphere and technique, would love to visit someday! Thank you guys!
Love watching the people at the bar getting excited about their drink
I love how everyone seems to be having a great time even the folks working.
Could you guys also do a video on the bar itself? Cocktail stations/cooling etc. Would love it!

The mise on this array of drinks is phenomenal! I worked bar for a few months in a tourist hotel/ye olde pubbe. The closest we came to serving a cocktail was rum and coke. When I saw the video title, I thought to myself I bet it would be a laugh, tending bar in a restaurant, but then I think back to a customer I served who was eating dinner, it was my first experience serving a bottle of wine for customers... I'm kinda glad it was the exception and not my usual work area!
I love the way the bars are set up for you guys. I’ve heard that in England and Europe these are the normal setups. Our bars in America are so inefficient in my opinion

@@matthegreat9765I've lived in both countries. The bar setups are generally not so different, I'm not sure what they're on about. Like you said it really depends on what type of a place it is, and even then the setup can change drastically from place to place. Which is true for every other country I've lived in or visited as well.
The professional courtesy they have with each other is my favorite thing. This is how I speak to my colleagues and it does wonders for team cohesion and the guest experience. I was regarded by many to be one of the best bartenders in my city, and people would turn down sitting at a table immediately in favor of waiting up to 90 mins to sit at my bar, and I think the way I spoke to my coworkers was a substantive part of that. Of course they like good drinks, and watching the precision, speed, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, but seeing someone so busy take the time to be so polite is one of those things you just love to see.
Love how punctual they are about putting things back

I like how people who spend more money on their food seem to care less about the cook touching it. In the fast food and small kitchens I have worked customers would go through the roof if I would have dropped a measuring spoon in their drink and had to fish it out with my hand. Yet this guy can do it right in front of the lady and get away with it.
