Small suggestion: grab the raw meat with tongs and not your hand to reduce cross contamination. Great video regardless! Keep it up

Your fryers at the beginning of the video look extremely clean - do you clean them that well every day or are they like that because it's sunday? Because at the restaurant I work at as a cook our fryers have always been at least somewhat greasy (especially the hard to reach parts of the heating element) even though we do care about cleanliness of the kitchen and clean it every day.

Okay I see he can do everything. Run front counter and fix food all at the same time which is good, but I don't think he should be doing everything. Where are all the employees. This is not your typical fast food. Everything is made to order fresh, but at least he can pace himself... I hope he making more than 7.25 an hour. The fact that he can have his phone while he's working is a plus, because you can't do that here. Yu have to put your phone up and yu get back after you get off work... So cudos to you my friend.... Also I like how he washes his hands thoroughly... That's a plus...

I really enjoyed watching this video. I do have one health suggestion. You should never use the same glove that you used to grab the raw meat and other food and items with the glove from raw meat. That is cross contamination.
