Thank you 😊
As I've said before, I really love your POV walk around videos. It's really educational just to watch someone doing their thing. Two observations: The first I've noticed many times and it makes me really nervous....you never use a wrist strip! LOL! Second: In this video your speech is slowed down a bit and that was a big help for me. You're a pretty wired kind of guy and in years past sometimes your speech rate was really fast and I had a hard time understanding everything. This isn't a criticism. it's probably more because I'm from the USA and I'm not accustomed to your speech patters. But, in this video I had no problem at all. Thanks so much for taking the time to make these POV videos. They really are instructional! Have a rockin' weekend!
Nice video and really enjoying the quality of the images!
This is so cool! Love the switch to more architecture from people! Gives me some great ideas, thank you!
Another excellent and educational video Sam. I have come to to the conclusion that taking pics of people is not really my thing (in fact I am hopeless), but streetscapes and architectural shots I like. I often do get people in my shots, but, as you pointed out, I try to respect them. Thanks again Sam.
Some absolutely stunning shots here!
I love the povs and this was such a good video... Love the photos ❤
Quality of this video is absolutely amazing! 🔥
Your Videos are Brilliant and Your Photos are Amazing - Ive been subscribed to your channel for a long time now and Ive bought some of Your Presets - Great Work Sam
I do love your city walks - sounds of city ; & bird song , enhanced this pov for me.
Love these osmo pocket pov videos. The view is more natural and pleasing to look at with the pocket as compared to an action cam which can get really tiring to look at. Keep em coming dude!
I just love your vibe, taking photos in all🥰🥰big fan from Nagaland
Love the video it looks so good ❤

My photography idol ❤
the amount of detail on these new cameras is absolutly crazy to me
Hi Sam, loving all your work. just a quick question. I use Luminar Neo for editing, can your presets be downloaded for that or are they only for lightroom? Many thanks. Paul.
Love the boat 🇵🇸 (❤ you mate)
How quiet and empty it seems at times. Great inspiration to grab my own camera and start using it more.
You get the best mornings!
I‘m new to streetphotography and editing. Are your presets compatible with the Ipad Version of Lightroom? Sorry, if this is a silly question but I read there is a difference between the Desktop version and the ipad ‚app‘ version. Love your povs
Such a cool video. Thanks for more valuable information. I dig the pocket 3 POV look. I actually did a couple of Dubai videos on my channel. Both videos was inspired by you Sam. The night time super car photography video in JBR is one of my favorite 😊. Wish I was back in Dubai now to meet up...

Hi Sam, great video as per usual. Is there any chance you could show which preset you've used when previewing the image that you've taken? Thanks :)

Who’s Danny ? 😂 my names Sam. I don’t put the preset name just because I use presets as a starting point then adjust sliders according to each image + masking etc. i use these ones the most. Super moody tones Sony lover Those are the two main ones I use as starting points 🫡

@@Opticalwander Let's pretend I didn't completely get your name wrong 😅 Sorry about that
I just came back from dubai not long ago... and been there for a few times over the years... photography is fine.. just avoid taking picture of people's house... and security guards.. and local in robes.. other than that.. not much problems.. dubai is filled with so many tourist.. they are ok being photographed. In most cases.

It was smart of you to change the faces with the help of AI, but that doesn't mean that we should ignore the rules just because we have the "AI solution" in our pocket. As you said, we should always be respectful. Loved the photos from both lenses!

Exactly, I was respectful in this video and as long as we as photographers depict people in a normal, respectful way in the photos way take then it’s all good. I used the AI route to highlight there is a grey area now and it’s a good conversation to have. A lot of the regulations are around people privacy rather than the act of actually taking a photo. Be good to see where this goes in the future.
How is there literally no one else walking around in a big city like that?
@Opticalwander

Early morning. Every big city is the same. You go out early there’s hardly any people. For mega cities like New York / London / Tokyo etc you’d be looking at 5-7:45am is the most quiet. Small big cities like Dubai you can be about until around 10am before it starts to get busy.
hmm.... my whole approach on street photography is to come close to people show who they are, seams like Dubaickukd be tricky..
Hi Sam. Some nice pics as always. I have been coming to Dubai a couple of times a year for over 10 years. My experience is that you can photograph most things and people, including Emirati. But be very respectful and ask for permission because the local law does not favour the photographer.
So you're not allowed to photograph people in Dubai but video is fine?
I prefer it without the bokeh tbh, so we can see what you're seeing
POV: It would prefer it even more, if you would remove the Camera from the sight!!! Thx
Why is it so desolate?!
So you can record them but not take photos? Makes little sense...
Dubai looks so abandoned

It was the morning at the end of the video it was 10:30am I always try to go out early to miss the crowds 🫡
Sorry, but you're wrong. You can still identify person only with tattoo's, clothes if you're local. Changing face with AI isn;t enough. Dubai is specific place for street photography and very restrictive.
i dont knwo why almost all arab countries are limited with a stupid rules

Bro ruined my career 😔😔😭😔😭😭😭😔😢😕😢😢😢
I got stopped by by police in surfers paradise Gold Coast australia, they got my name, address, asked a bunch of questions and took a photo of me for the system. All because I took a photo of a pathway and it happened to look like I was taking photos of a cctv camera….
Love your content bro. Getting into photography mainly because of you. 🫶 Also, where are your cargos from? 😭
