Why did you start from second gear?Is there any reason for that?I've seen many doing this..

The first gear is too low and it needs shit up the second gear in a few seconds. It is too busy, but When you start with second gear, you aren't busy to shift.

and another reason is that this is a disel car ，it has more power in low rpm，so it really depend your driving habit

Is this a 4X4? Or 2wd only?

V6??? Look at specs, Toyota 1KZ engine has 4 cylinders...
