Quetzalcoatl and Fatal are very similar. Quetz gets lifesteal, has an easier time getting walkspeed, and can benefit from Dodge (air armor powder special) or Rage (earth armor powder special). Fatal gets cheaper teleports and naturally higher base damage, but doesn't benefit as much from armor powdering. All builds below are arcanist, but Quetz is probably better than Fatal if you want to use lightbender (riftbender). Keep in mind that Insidious III works most conveniently with 120%+ base ws (and Speed Surges).
